Analysis Of Relapse Factors Of Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome In Children And Evaluation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Shenfukang Past

Purpose:By analyzing the clinacal data of children who were suffering refractory nephritic syndrome(RNS)statistically,to explore the risk factors affecting the recurrence of refractory nephritic syndrome in children,in order to find the early recurrence of high-risk children,further guiding clinical.Besides,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shenfukang ointment prescription in the treatment of refractory nephropathy in children,providing a new direction for clinical treatment in the future.Data and Methods:In the study,during the period of September 2019 to December2020,according to whether there was recurrence,124 children with RNS who saw a doctor in the pediatric outpatient department of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and separated into two groups.,and analyzed their clinical data of the first attack of RNS statistically.Put the factors which were statistical significance in univariate analysis in Logistic regression,in order to investigate the risk factors of relapse in children with refractory nephropathy.Besides,the children with RNS treated by Shenfukang ointment prescription were observed and followed up one year after treatment.After treatment collected the statistics about the clinical symptoms,the level of serum cortisol,the dosage of glucocorticoid,the number of infections and recurrence,and compared with the statistics of before treatment.Results:1.86.76% of the children had clear causes before recurrence,and most of them were respiratory infections(56.98%)2.The time of first recurrence,the time of urine protein turning negative,the level of serum total protein and the level of serum albumin were had significant difference between the recurrence group and the non-recurrence group(P<0.05).3.Logistic regression analysis: the time of urinary protein turning negative,the level of serum total protein and the level of serum albumin had significant differences between the recurrence group and the non-recurrence group(P<0.05).4.After Shenfukang ointment prescription treatment,the symptoms of fatigue,afraid of the cold and chilled limbs,and ache pain waist and knees were obviously alleviated compared with treatment before,and the diversities of TCM single symptom score and syndrome score were statistically remarkable(P<0.05).5.After Shenfukang ointment prescription treatment,the serum cortisol level of the children was increased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.After Shenfukang ointment prescription treatment,the average dosage of glucocorticoid decreased significantly compared with that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).7.After Shenfukang ointment prescription treatment,the number of infection and recurrence of kidney disease decreased significantly compared with that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).8.The effective rate of Shenfukang ointment prescription was 96.05%.Conclusions:1.This study found that exact cause wrer discovered before recurrence was 86.76 percentage in all of children with RNS,and the most common cause was respiratory tract infection.2.This study showed that the risk factors for relapse in children with RNS are the time of urine protein turning negative,low level of serum total protein and low level of serum albumin.3.Shenfukang ointment prescription can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with RNS,and has no adverse reactions.4.Shenfukang ointment prescription can effectively reduce the number of infections in children with RNS,promote the standard of serum cortisol,reduce the massive and repeated use of glucocorticoid,defend the function of adrenal cortex,and prevent the recurrence of nephropathy.
