| Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on convalescent cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Clinical effect of treating convalescent cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Material and method : Under the guidance of the theory of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine,a total of 60 patients with convalescence cerebral infarction of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type who visited the outpatient department of Encephalopathy,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to October 2021 were collected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and randomly divided into observation group(n = 30)and experimental group(n = 30).Patients in both groups were given routine treatment measures such as improving circulation, nourishing brain cells, controlling blood pressure, blood sugar and blood lipids. The experimental group was given oral Yiqi huoxue Decoction(Astragalus 30 g,salvia miltiorrhiza 15 g,Angelica 15 g,Chuanxiong 10 g,Dilong 10 g,Peach kernel 10 g,Honghua 10 g,Red peony root 20 g,Mulberry Zhi 10 g,Niugenu 15 g,Caulis spatholobus 25 g,Gegen 25g),and the control group was given oral Qixue Tongluo tablet(main components:Astragalus membranaceus,Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Radix paeoniae root,Earthworm, peach kernel, safflower,Caulis spatholobus, salvia miltiorrhiza)were observed for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment,TCM symptom score,TCM syndrome score,NATIONAL Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),daily living activity Scale(BI)were used to evaluate the patients, and TCM symptoms and neurological deficits were evaluated to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for statistical processing, and P<0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant.Results:1.There were no statistically significant differences in TCM symptom score,TCM syndrome score,NIHSS score or Barthel index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),suggesting that the two groups were comparable.2.After treatment,TCM symptom score,TCM syndrome score and NIHSS score of 2groups decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and Barthel index increased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that TCM symptoms,TCM syndrome, neurological impairment degree and daily living ability of 2 groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment.3.After treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms,TCM syndromes and NIHSS of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and Barthel index was higher than that of the control group, suggesting that the improvement of TCM symptoms,TCM syndromes, neurological impairment and daily living ability of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.4.The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),suggesting that the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group; The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),suggesting that the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Yiqi Huoxue Decoction and Qi Xue Tongluo Tablet have good efficacy in treating convalescent cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.2.Yiqi Huoxue Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine, the degree of neurological impairment and the ability of daily life of patients with cerebral infarction in the convalescent stage of qi deficiency and blood stasis, and the effect is better than that of Qi Xue Tongluo tablet.3.Yiqi Huoxue Decoction has a significant curative effect on the symptoms of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine and neurological defects of cerebral infarction in convalescent stage of qi deficiency and blood stasis type, and its curative effect is better than that of Qi Xue Tongluo tablet.4.Yiqi Huoxue Decoction has high safety and clinical practical significance in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type convalescent cerebral infarction. |
