| Purpose: This study discusses the pathogenesis of perimenopausal insomnia of kidney yang deficiency type from the perspective of Ying Wei,and observes the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia of kidney yang deficiency type,in order to provide feasible basis and new ideas for the clinical treatment of perimenopausal insomnia.Materials and methods:From November 2020 to December 2021,we were selected in the expert clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.60 patients with renal Yang deficiency perimenopausal insomnia were diagnosed after strict screening, and divided into 30 cases of control group and 30 cases of treatment group by random number chart. The control group was treated with cassia licorice keel oyster soup,1 dose daily,2 daily temperature;the treatment group added acupuncture to the control group, once daily for 30 minutes, and rest for 5 days and 2 days, with 4 weeks as 1 treatment cycle. This study used the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scale as the efficacy assessment index for evaluating patients’ sleep;the modified Kupperman scale showed the associated symptoms;the TCM syndrome scale to compare the changes of TCM syndrome before and after treatment;and the objective index using transcranial color Doppler ultrasound(TCD).The data collected in this study were analyzed using the SPSS23.0statistical software.Results:1.Before treatment, the age, course of disease and other general conditions of the two groups were compared. The difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),which was comparable.2.PSQI score: compared with that before treatment, the PSQI score of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01);After treatment, the sleep quality, sleep time, sleep disorder, daytime function and total score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Modified Kupperman scale score: compared with that before treatment, the modified Kupperman score of the two groups decreased after treatment(P < 0.05),and the modified Kupperman score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).4.Score of TCM Syndrome Scale: compared with that before treatment, the score of TCM syndrome in the two groups decreased after treatment(P < 0.05),and the score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment(P <0.05).5.Cerebral blood flow velocity: compared with that before treatment, the systolic and diastolic cerebral blood flow velocities of the two groups were accelerated after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01);After treatment, the cerebral blood flow velocity in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P< 0.01).6.Clinical efficacy: the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were86.6% and 73.3% respectively. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:1.The combination of acupuncture and medicine and the simple application of traditional Chinese medicine decoction can improve the symptoms of perimenopausal insomnia of kidney yang deficiency type, and the curative effect of the combination of acupuncture and medicine is better than the simple application of traditional Chinese medicine decoction.2.Based on the Ying Wei theory, the combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of this disease can significantly improve the clinical curative effect, which has a certain guiding significance for the clinical treatment of perimenopausal insomnia with kidney yang deficiency. |
