Purpose:This study was conducted to observe the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jianpi Prescription combined with entecavir in the treatment of e Ag positive CHB patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency。Method:A retrospective study using case-control research methods was conducted, and a total of137 cases in the Liver Disease Clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected from September 2015 to September 2020 that met the inclusion criteria.According to whether or not to take traditional Chinese medicine,72 cases were treated(liver and spleen remedies + antiviral drug therapy),and 65 cases were in the control group(antiviral therapy alone). The course of treatment is 12 weeks. The liver function indexes,HBe Ag negative rate, serum HBV-DNA negative rate, clinical symptoms, and TCM syndrome integrals were observed at the time of the patient’s initial visit and after 12 weeks of treatment.Sp SS23.0 statistical software is then used to perform statistical analysis of various indicators.Results:1.Liver function related indicators: the difference between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05);compared between the two groups before and after treatment, the liver function indicators ALT,AST,TBIL,and GGT were significantly improved and had statistical significance(P<0.05);the ALB improvement was not obvious, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 12 weeks of treatment, the results showed that the improvement of ALT,AST,TBIL and GGT indicators in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the ALB improvement was not significant, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)2.HBe Ag negative conversion rate: 9 cases of e antigen to negative in the treatment group, the negative conversion rate was 12.50%;the control group had 5 cases of e antigen to negative, and the negative conversion rate was 7.70%.The two groups after treatment were compared, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.HBV-DNA negative conversion rate: 28 cases of HBV-DNA negative conversion in the treatment group, the negative conversion rate was 38.89%,and 21 cases of HBV-DNA negative conversion in the control group, the negative conversion rate was 32.31%.After treatment, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Efficacy of TCM symptoms: After 12 weeks of treatment in the two groups, the effective rate of the treatment group was 87.50%,and the effective rate of the control group was 67.70%,indicating that the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.5.TCM syndrome integrals: The difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05)was statistically significant(P<0.05)was not statistically significant compared between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05);the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of liver and spleen and entecavir in the treatment of hepatic depression and spleen deficiency HBe Ag-positive chronic hepatitis B has a good clinical effect, significantly improving the clinical symptoms of patients, and has a significant effect on restoring liver function and laboratory indicators.Combination regimens are more effective than treatment alone.
