Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure With Spleen And Kidney Qi Deficiency, Dampness, Turbidity And Blood Stasis By Invigorating The Spleen And Kidney And Eliminating Turbidity And Eliminating Syndrom

Objective: This paper aims to study the clinical effect of kidney failure particles by collecting laboratory results and related clinical symptoms,further explore the clinical effect of renal failure particles,and based on the theoretical analysis of renal microaccumulation,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of chronic kidney failure.Data and Methods: In a retrospective study,64 cases treated in the outpatient department of nephrology Department of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to June 2021 and met the diagnostic criteria were divided into control groups and treatment groups according to different treatment methods.Treatment group,with renal failure particles,1 dose daily,33 patients,30 minutes after meals,for 4weeks.Clinical symptoms before and after treating Chinese medicine,according to the guidelines of new Chinese medicine clinical research quantitative integral,and nimodipine formula,the symptom integral and laboratory indicators,according to the effect evaluation criteria for chronic kidney disease,significant effect,invalid,effective,clinical control four levels,and SPSS 26.0 statistical software for statistics and analysis.Results:1.Overall disease effectAfter treatment,the total efficiency was 93.9% in the treatment group,77.4% in the control group,and P <0.05,which were different and statistically significant,indicating that the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that in the control group.2.Efficacy of TCM syndromeThe total response rate was 57.6% in the treatment group and 29% in the control group,P<0.05,statistically significant,and better treatment group to the control group.3.Traditional Chinese medicine symptomsAfter treatment,the TCM symptoms improved P <0.05.After treatment,the two groups,the main disease: fatigue,fatigue,waist and knee weakness,nausea and vomiting,edema,low back pain,secondary disease: false stool,limb numbness,obvious differences(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.4.Kidney functionCompared before and after treatment,the blood creatinine and urea nitrogen were significantly reduced,the glomerular filtration rate was significantly improved,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05)5 Urinary albumin / urinary creatinineCompared before and after treatment,the urinary albumin / urinary creatinine was significantly reduced,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).6.hemoglobinThere were no significant changes in hemoglobin in both groups before and after treatment,with P> 0.05,and no significant difference.7.Liver function and calcium,phosphorus,carbon dioxide binding forceAfter treatment,ALB,ALT,AST,CA and P were not significantly different between and within the two groups,and P was> 0.05;CO 2 binding force,the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: The renal failure particles with spleen and kidney turbidity elimination method as the guiding principle can significantly improve the kidney function of spleen,kidney gas deficiency,dampness and blood stasis,and relieve the related symptoms,and they are safe and effective.
