Observation On The Efficacy Of Qingyou Decoction Combined With Quadruple Drugs In The Treatment Of Hp-related Non-atrophic Gastritis Of Damp-heat Typ

Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of Professor Jiang Shumin on "quiet soup" and western medicine "quadruple therapy" and simple "quadruple therapy" for treating Helicobacter pylori-related non-atrophic gastritis.Material and method:Patients diagnosed with humid H-heat type H.pylori-related non-atrophic gastritis of the spleen and stomach in the gastroenterology outpatient department and ward from March 2016 to September 2021 were reviewed and collected,and a total of128 patients finally met the criteria.Control group(60 patients of pantoprazole 40 mg + amoxicillin 1000 mg + clarithromycin 500 mg + potassium bismuth citrate 220mg)and 68 cases of treatment group(given self-prepared "quiet soup" + control group drug),the course of treatment was 14 days.Clinical efficacy,total points of TCM symptoms and individual symptoms before and after treatment(after withdrawal)were recorded.The Hp eradication rate and the endoscopic mucosal improvement were observed.Results:1.Comparison of the curative effect of TCM syndrome:the total response rate of the treatment and control groups was 89.71% and 76.67%,respectively,which was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating a better efficacy in the treatment group.2.Comparison of Hp clearance: the Hp clearance rate in the treatment and control groups was85.29% and 71.67%,respectively,which was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating the treatment group.3.Comparison of the total points of TCM symptoms:the clinical symptoms in both groups were significantly better than before treatment,statistically significant(P <0.05),and the treatment group was more significant(P <0.05).4.Comparison of main disease syndrome points: the two groups were controlled before and after treatment,and the improvement of symptoms in the two groups was significantly better than before treatment,statistically significant(P <0.05).After the treatment of the main disease syndrome,it was found that the treatment group was better than the control group in the treatment of abdominal pain,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).5.Comparison of secondary syndrome points: the two groups were controlled before and after treatment,and the symptom improvement of the two groups after treatment was better than before treatment,which was statistically significant(P <0.05).After the treatment of the syndrome points between groups,found that in the treatment of nausea,vomiting,poor appetite,stool stagnation,fatigue,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P <0.05),and there was no big difference in the efficacy of the two groups(P> 0.05).6.Comparison of gastric mucosa repair: the total response rate of the treatment and control groups was 88.24% and 73.34%,respectively,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in the repair of gastric mucosa,with statistical differences(P <0.05).7.Neither group had any adverse effects such as diarrhea,oral malodor,or anxiety during the treatment.Conclusion: "Quiet soup" combined with "four-link therapy" can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with this disease,effectively remove Hp and improve gastric mucosal damage.
