Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Tonifying Kidney And Strengthening Spleen Method Combined With Pelvic Floor Therapeutic Apparatus In The Treatment Of Pelvic Organ Prolapse (spleen And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To treat pelvic organ prolapse(spleen and kidney deficiency),observe its treatment effect on patients with I degree and degree of pelvic organ prolapse and improve their clinical symptoms,and provide more medical evidence-based evidence for the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse in women by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine.Materials and methods:This study selected 60 cases of pelvic organ prolapse(spleen and kidney deficiency),from October 2019 to June 2021,all patients according to the lottery method,one group for control group(n=30),the other group for observation group(n=30),control group using pelvic floor treatment,observation group on the pelvic floor treatment on the basis of Chinese medicine decoction tonifying kidney spleen square.Then,the POP-Q scores,TCM syndrome scores and pelvic floor dysfunction questionnaire(PFDI-20)scores before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and recorded.Finally,the efficacy of the two groups was analyzed and evaluated by statistical software.Results:1.General situation: The age,physical fitness index(BMI),number of pregnancies,number of deliveries,degree of pelvic organ prolapse before treatment,TCM syndrome score and pelvic floor dysfunction questionnaire(PFDI-20)scores between the control and observed groups(P> 0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.POP-Q score: after pre-treatment,the POP-Q scores improved,with the difference(P<0.05);the POP-Q score decreased significantly in the control group(P <0.05);POP-Q scores(P <0.05)after 3 months of follow-up.3.TCM syndrome points: in the comparison after treatment,the difference was statistical significant(P <0.01);the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group(P <0.01)and the difference between groups(P <0.01).4.Pelvic floor dysfunction questionnaire(PFDI-20)score: after treatment,the PFDI-20 score between both groups was statistically significant(P <0.01);the PFDI-20 score decreased significantly after treatment(P <0.01);and the difference(P <0.01)after 3 months of follow-up.5.Efficacy of TCM syndrome integral: After treatment,the total response rate of the control group was 66.6%,and the observation group was 86.6%,with differences(P <0.05),which was statistically significant.6.Safety analysis: no adverse effects or side effects.Conclusion:1.The treatment of pelvic organ prolapse by tonifying kidney and spleen square,pelvic floor therapy instrument and pelvic floor therapy instrument alone(spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome)can both improve the POP-Q score of patients with pelvic organ prolapse,reduce the TCM syndrome score and pelvic floor dysfunction questionnaire(PFDI-20)score.2.Compared with the use of pelvic floor treatment instrument alone,tonifying kidney and spleen can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of POP of spleen and kidney deficiency,which is reasonable,effective,safe and reliable,highlighting the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse,and is easy to promote and has high clinical application value.
