Although there are many types of eye plastic surgery,double eyelid surgery is the most widely accepted eye plastic surgery technique.It is suitable for patients of all ages and can make up for eye defects well.Although there are still problems with double eyelid surgery at present,with the continuous improvement of surgical methods,surgical norms,surgical principles and so on,the safety and postoperative effects of surgery are also constantly improving.This paper focuses on the study of double eyelid surgery,clinical data analysis and summary.Through this case,in view of the current situation of eye plastic surgery and cosmetology,the deficiencies of patients’ sense of experience were analyzed,and countermeasures for related problems were proposed,as well as suggestions for the improvement of the overall postoperative effect.The main research methods are literature method and questionnaire method,assisted by field research data analysis.Research findings 1: The satisfaction of patients with three kinds of double eyelid surgery,including embedding method,partial incision and open method,can be further improved;Although the embedding method has the least trauma and low pain,the postoperative effect is slightly insignificant.Although the double eyelid incision method has the most significant effect,it is also the most obvious technical method of scar.The partial incision rule is somewhere in between;Current clinical techniques of double eyelid surgery,postoperative cold therapy and ocular plastic principles can be improved.Conclusion of this study: After completing the core operation techniques of double eyelid surgery at present,it is more necessary to consciously improve the technical level of doctors in this aspect,and try to apply more diversified technical methods.Secondly,to improve the postoperative treatment,especially to improve the postoperative cold therapy,the hospital should conduct clinical experiment operation training for more medical staff,the hospital should develop perfect operating standards for the clinical operation of postoperative treatment,and the medical equipment should also be well managed.Finally,the principle of humanized surgery should be perfected.Medical staff should carry out humanized operation on patients,care about the specific situation of patients,and adopt corresponding treatment methods according to the actual needs of patients.
