Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of Intradermal Acupuncture Combined With Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Insomnia Due To Liver Depression And Blood Stasis Syndrom

ObjectiveBy consulting a large number of relevant literature and books at home and abroad,the latest status of insomnia diagnosis and treatment at home and abroad was understood.To observe the clinical efficacy of intradermal acupuncture combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of insomnia patients with liver stagnation and blood stasis,and to evaluate objectively,and explore an effective,convenient and wide audience treatment method for insomnia,and further improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of insomnia,and provide new ideas for the treatment of insomnia.MethodsFrom June 2022 to April 2023,we collected 72 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of western medicine and were diagnosed as insomnia with liver stagnation and blood stasis syndrome by TCM syndrome differentiation from the outpatient clinic of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Huixinli Community Health Service Station.They were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method.In the experiment,the treatment group was treated with intradermial acupuncture combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction for insomnia,and the control group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction alone.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score and blood stasis syndrome score were recorded before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment.After the treatment,the relevant data were collected and sorted out,and all collected data were statistically analyzed.According to the improvement of symptoms and the scores of each scale,the therapeutic effect was comprehensively evaluated.Results1.Comparison of baseline dataA total of 72 patients with insomnia of liver stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were included in this experiment,and 5 patients dropped off.A total of 67 patients completed the experiment.There were 8 males and 26 females in the treatment group and 10 males and 23 females in the control group.The mean age was 53.03 years in the treatment group and 53.39 years in the control group.The course of disease was 49.76 months in the treatment group and 49.03 months in the control group.The total score of PSQI was 11.76 in the treatment group and 12.33 in the control group.The HAMA scores of the treatment group and the control group were 10.85 and 10.61,respectively.The blood stasis syndrome score was 8.82 in the treatment group and 9.06 in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Comparison of clinical efficacyAfter 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.2%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 72.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.Comparison of observation indicatorsThe main observation indicators:the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the total score of PSQI and the four factors of sleep quality,sleep time,hypnotic drugs and daytime dysfunction in the scale,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the improvement degree of sleep time,sleep efficiency and sleep disorder in PSQI scale(P>0.05).The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and blood stasis syndrome in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of adverse reactionsThe adverse reactions of the two groups were mild and could be relieved spontaneously,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.Conclusion1.Intradermal acupuncture combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of insomnia with liver stagnation and blood stasis syndrome has advantages in improving PSQI,HAMA scores and blood stasis syndrome scores.2.The adverse reactions of intradermal acupuncture combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of insomnia with liver stagnation and blood stasis syndrome are mild,which can basically be relieved by themselves,with good safety and significant curative effect.
