Study On The Original Meaning And Dosage Of The "Jianzhong Sanfang" In "Jingui Yaolue

Research Objective:This study takes the Jianzhong three Formula(建中三方)in the Synopsis of the golden Chamber(《金匮要略》)as the research object,based on the principles and methods of traditional Chinese medicine,comprehensive literature,traditional linguistics and other research methods,and analyzes the connotation and dosage of the prescription names involved in the three prescriptions,and sorts out the annotations of the names of later scholars,combined with the results of word research,to examine the origin and development of the mirror.At the same time,the dosage of Zhang Zhongjing’s Formula was determined by combining version variant textual research and measurement and balance research,providing a certain standard for relevant research.Representative medical cases were selected,and the academic characteristics of medical experts were combined to explore the laws of the three formulas in clinical application,providing guidance for flexible prescription and medication in clinical practice.Research methods:1.Word verification:Utilize relevant Qin Dynasty and Han Dynasty classics to provide word by word explanations for the name of Jianzhong,and exploring the original meaning of the name from the perspective of exegetics.2.Annotation organization:Collect annotations on the names and formulas of later medical practitioners and classify them to enrich the academic connotation of the meaning of Jianzhong decoction and combine the results of word research to clarify the essence.3.Theoretical exploration:Conduct research on the naming provisions and content of the big or small prescriptions in the Synopsis of the golden Chamber,and explore the relationship between the big or small prescriptions from multiple dimensions such as syndrome,disease location,disease nature,pathogenesis,condition,treatment,and drug efficacy,in order to gain a deeper understanding of the medical connotation of big or small in the decoction created by Zhang Zhongjing.4.Version proofreading:Use the research methods of version and proofreading,a comparative study was conducted on the articles and prescriptions of five important versions of Synopsis of the golden Chamber,such as Deng Zhen’s(邓珍本),Wu Qian’s(吴迁本),and Zhao Kaimei’s(赵开美本),and relevant Tang Dynasty and Song Dynasty medical books were used for proofreading.Research results:1.The word Jianzhong should be interpreted as "nourishing the five internal organs and promoting the health of spleen and stomach(中焦)" in the medical system during the Qin Dynasty and Han Dynasty.2.The original dosage of Jianzhong small decoction should be taken from the literature records in Wu Qian’s version of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.3.The method of taking Jianzhong big decoction should be based on the literature records in Deng Zhen’s version of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.4.The original dosage of Astragalus Jianzhong decoction should be taken from the literature records in Wu Qian’s version of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.
