Study On Professor Jia Haizhong's Medication Rules For Treating Premature Ventricular Contractions Based On Data Minin

Research objectives:Based on statistical techniques and methods,this study scientifically analyzes the characteristics of Professor Jia Haizhong’s medication and compatibility in the treatment of premature ventricular contractions,and summarizes the relevant core drugs,drug pairs and drug groups,in order to obtain unknown and potentially valuable drug rela-tionships and rules,Summarizing Professor Jia’s scholarly musing and clinical experience,this paper will offer concepts and foundations for the creation of novel drugs for premature ventricular contractions and clinical use,and realize the inheritance of fire.Research methods:From October 2017 to September 2022,Professor Jia Haizhong in Beijing Cifang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hall diagnosed and remedied 126 subjects with ventricu-lar premature beats,and the clinical data and prescription information were collected and sorted.A database was then established,and the data was imported into SPSS Sta-stistics 27.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 for analysis and statistics.Obtaining the basic of ventricular premature beats,syndrome type and factors distribution,herbal four proper-ties,five flavors and meridian attribution,efficacy sorting,frequency distribution,and compatibility rules,the academic thoughts on treating premature ventricular contractions were summarized.Research results:1.General information:In this study,a total of 126 patients were gathered,with 75 of them being females,making up 59.52%,and 51 male,representing 40.48%.The age range spanned from 17 to 84 years,with a mean age of 56±15.74 years.2.Examination data through four methods:Sorted by tongue color frequency from high to low are dark,light red,dark red,and light dark.Sorted by tongue coating frequency from high to low are thin white,yellow greasy,white greasy,thin yellow,thick white.In descending order,the frequency distributions of common single pulse a-re intermittent pulse,slippery pulse,string pulse,rapid pulse and weak pulse.Frequen-cies of common complex pulse patterns,ranging from high to low are intermittent pu-lse,slippery pulse,slippery-string pulse and slippery-rapid pulse.Symptoms of palpitat-ion,chest tightness,shortness of breath,difficulty falling asleep,fatigue,dizziness,loose stool,dry stool,easy to wake up,impatience,insomnia are also common.The degree of affinity of each symptom can be roughly divided into chest tightness,shortnes-s of breath,difficulty falling asleep,easy wakefulness,palpitation,insomnia,fatigue,1-oose stool,dizziness,impatience,and dry stool.3.Syndrome distribution:In this study,premature ventricular contractions were divided into 9 syndromes.The frequency from high to low was as follows:54 cases of heart yin deficiency and phlegm heat internal disturbance syndrome(42.86%),38 cases of heart qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(30.16%),15 cases of heart qi defici-ency and phlegm obstruction syndrome(11.90%),6 cases of heart yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(4.76%),6 cases of heart yin and yang deficiency syndrome(4.76%),3 cases of heart qi and yin deficiency syndrome(2.38%),2 cases of heart qi an-d blood deficiency syndrome(1.59%),1 case of heart fire hyperactivity syndrome(0.79%),and 1 case of heart vein stasis syndrome(0.79%).The frequency distribution of v-entricular premature contraction syndrome elements from high to low was qi deficienc-y 70 times(14.68%),phlegm syndrome 69 times(14.47%),yin deficiency 64 times(13.42%),heart disease 63 times(13.21%),qi stagnation 61 times(12.79%),heat syndrome 55 times(11.53%),blood stasis 48 times(10.06%).4.In this study,169 Traditional Chinese Medicines were included in a total of 126 prescriptions,with the four properties frequency analysis of the prescription indicati-ng a frequency ranging from high to low:cold,warm,flat,cool,and hot.An analysi-s of five flavor frequencies revealed the frequency range from high to low:sweet,bit-ter,pungent,sour,and salty.Channel tropism frequency analysis revealed that the hig-hest frequency was for liver,heart,lung,spleen,and kidney.The top 40 drugs with t-he highest frequency were Poria,Pueraria,licorice,Bupleurum,Angelica,Chuanxiong,Platycodon grandiflorum,Rehmannia,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Astragalus,and peach ke-rnel.Examine the efficacy rate of high-frequency drugs and discern the top 10 efficacy classifications,which can be divided into tonic medications,those that stimulate an-d maintain blood flow,superficies-resolving medications,heat-clearing medications,diu-resis and dampness-draining medications,phlegm-resolving medications,qi-promoting d-rugs,astringent drugs,interior-warming drugs,and liver-yang calming medications.5.An examination of the intricate network and association regulations of drugs le-ads to the conclusion that Professor Jia Haizhong’s commonly used pairs of drugs,an-gle drugs and drug groups are:Pueraria-Poria,Pueraria-Glycyrrhiza;pueraria-Glycyrrhi-za-Poria,Platycodon grandiflorum-Chaihu-Poria;platycodon grandiflorum-bupleurum-kudzu-root-poria cocos,Chuanxiong-bupleurum-kudzu root-poria cocos;the core prescription is:Poria-Gegen-Glycyrrhiza-Chaihu-Chuanxiong-Angelica,which is modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.6.An analysis of 8 high-frequency drugs was conducted to determine clustering p-rescriptions,① of which were for Curcumae Rhizoma,Sparganii Rhizoma,Cimicifuga-eRhizoma,Corni Fructus,and Anemarrhenae Rhizoma,Astragali Radix,Codonopsis Radix.② Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.③ Ophiopogonis Radix.④ Atractylodi-s Macrocephalae Rhizoma.⑤Coptidis Rhizoma.⑥Paeoniae Radix Alba.⑦Bupleuri R-adix,Platycodonis Radix,Persicae Semen,Carthami Flos,Aurantii Fructus,Rehmannia-e Radix,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Cyathulae Radix,Twotooth Achyranthes Root,Liquorice.⑧Lobed Kudzuvine Root,Tuckahoe.Cluster analysis was performed on common syndromes,which were roughly divided into 3 groups.Accor-ding to the classification of syndrome elements:for heart yin deficiency and phlegm heat internal disturbance syndrome,it is divided into five categories.The first category of drugs is safflower,peach kernel,aurantium,red peony root,Chuanxiong,bupleurum,platycodon grandiflorum,rehmannia root,pueraria,poria cocos,liquorice,angelica,achyranthes bidentata,cyathula;the second class of drugs is Danshen;the third catego-ry of drugs is coptis and scutellaria;the fourth type of medicine is white peony root and Scrophulariae Radix;the fifth category of drugs are Dangshen,Huangqi,Zhimu,Maidong.For heart qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,it is divided into three c-ategories.The first category is zedoary turmeric,sparganii rhizoma,cohosh,cornus of ficinalis,rhizoma anemarrhenae,astragalus membranaceus and codonopsis pilosula.The second category is poria cocos,pueraria,bupleurum,chuanxiong,platycodon grandiflo-rum,liquorice,safflower,peach kernel,radix paeoniae rubra,angelica,fructus aurantii,radix rehmanniae,radix cyathulae;the third category is Salvia miltiorrhiza.For the heart vessel stasis syndrome,it is divided into three categories.The first category is Ra-dix Paeoniae Rubra,Radix Rehmanniae,Semen Persicae,Flos Carthami,Radix Angeli-cae Sinensis,Radix Cyathulae,Poria,Radix Puerariae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Bup-leuri,Radix Platycodonis,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Paeoniae Alba;the second cate-gory is Pinellia,Salvia,tangerine peel;the third category is Corni Fructus,Cimicifugae Rhizoma,Sparganii Rhizoma,Trichosanthis Fructus,Curcumae Rhizoma,Anemarrhe-nae Rhizoma,Astragalus.According to the syndrome to establish the corresponding dr-ug composition,in order to achieve the purpose of improving the condition.Research conclusion:Heart vein blocked,a closely related disease to heart,liver,spleen,stomach,lung,and kidney,is the root cause of ventricular premature contraction.Professor Jia has e-mployed cold and heat compatibility,taken into account both deficiency and excess,t-onified with dredging,and regulated the zang-fu organs.Toning qi,stimulating blood,and nurturing the heart are the main objectives of the treatment,which also works to soothe the liver,invigorate the spleen,ventilate the lungs,and consolidate the kidney.The medication is just right,the effect is precise and the curative effect is quite good.
