| Objective : With the development of online teaching in the digital age,the frequency of college students using electronic products has increased greatly. The Upper-crossed syndrome(Upper Cross Syndrome,UCS)caused by bad posture habits not only affects the appearance but also causes changes in the corresponding organ system function, which has become a common posture problem among college students, which should be paid enough attention to.In this study,by comparing the shoulder and neck muscle characteristics of UCS and normal women,we developed targeted exercise correction prescription, implemented 8-week exercise intervention and observed the intervention effect. To provide experimental and theoretical basis for the evaluation and correction of UCS signs, and to improve the physical health level of this population.Result:A total of 44 female college students non-sports majoring in Tianjin University of Sports were included in the study, including 22 in the UCS group and 22 in the normal group. Before the intervention, the two groups of subjects’ shoulder and neck morphological test, surface EMG test, isokinetic muscle strength test and kinetic and static balance ability tests were performed and comparative analysis.According to the characteristics of shoulder and neck muscles in UCS group, the release exercises, strength exercises and proprioception exercises were the main contents.Implement exercise intervention lasting 40-50 minutes for 8 weeks. After the intervention, the above indicators were tested again, and by comparing the data of various indicators before and after the intervention, the content and intervention effect of the exercise correction prescription of the UCS group were explored.Method: 1.Shoulder and neck muscle characteristics of the two groups before the intervention:The head extension angle(FHA)and round shoulder angle(FSA)were significantly higher than the normal group(p <0.01).During shoulder flexion and extension, the% MVC values of the superior trapezius and cervical spinal muscles were significantly higher in the UCS group than the normal group(p <0.05),and the extensor peak torque value was significantly lower than the normal group(p <0.05).In the dynamic balance test, the trunk standard deviation was significantly higher than that in the normal group(p <0.05).The results indicate that there were large postural deviation in the shoulder and neck of UCS group, abnormal activation of superior trapezius and cervical erector spinal muscles, too weak muscle strength of shoulder extensor group and poor dynamic balance.2.Development of exercise correction prescriptions in the UCS group:According to the characteristics of the shoulder and neck muscle activation, muscle strength and dynamic balance to improve the performance of UCS symptoms. The exercise content includes the preparation part, the basic part and the finishing part. The preparation part is the dynamic stretching exercises. The basic part includes shoulder and neck muscle release exercises, strength exercises, proprioception exercises. The finishing part is the static stretching exercises. The exercise intervention lasts for 8 weeks,4 times a week, for 40-50 minutes each. The exercise intensity increased every 3 weeks, each movement was repeated 8-12 times, and the subjective fatigue was controlled at level 10-13.3.Changes in indicators before and after the 8-week exercise correction intervention in the UCS group:Post-intervention FHA and FSA were significantly lower than pre-intervention(p <0.01).During shoulder flexion and extension, the% MVC value of upper trapezius and sternocleidomastoid muscle was significantly lower than before intervention(p <0.05),the% MVC value of cervical erector spinal muscle was significantly lower than before intervention(p <0.01),and the extensor peak torque value was significantly higher than before intervention(p <0.05).During the sitting motion and static balance test, the trunk standard deviation was significantly higher after the intervention than before the intervention(p <0.05).The results show that the 8-week exercise correction intervention can effectively improve the shoulder and neck position deviation, reduce the abnormal activation of the shoulder and neck muscle, improve the muscle strength of the shoulder joint extensor muscle group, and improve the dynamic balance ability. Conclusions: 1.When UCS female college students perform shoulder flexion and extension movements, there are the characteristics of abnormal activation of superior trapezius muscle and cervical erector spinal muscle, weak extensor muscle strength and poor dynamic balance ability.2.According to the characteristics of shoulder and neck muscles of UCS female college students. With the relaxation exercises, strength exercises and proprioception exercises as the main contents, the exercise correction intervention was implemented for 40-50 minutes per week, which significantly improved the symptoms of UCS.It confirmed that the formulation of exercise correction prescription in this study is scientific, reasonable and effective. |
