Study On The Correlation Between TCM Constitution, Syndrome Type And Lifestyle In Patients With Gastric Polyp

Objective: This study explored the correlation between the formation of TCM constitution,syndrome types,and lifestyle in patients with gastric polyps by collecting their TCM constitution types,distribution of TCM syndrome types,and lifestyle.Methods: By developing a questionnaire to collect data on the TCM constitution types,TCM syndrome type distribution,and lifestyle of patients with gastric polyps,SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis to explore the correlation between the formation of TCM constitution,syndrome type,and lifestyle of patients with gastric polyps.Results: 1,147 patients with gastric polyps,including single sex gastric polyp patients for 43 people,accounting for 29.3% of the total;Multiple gastric polyp patients of 104 people,accounting for 70.7% of the total.2,in this study and have 19 people,accounting for 12.9% of the total;As there are 14 people,accounting for 9.5% of the total;Yang 40 people,accounting for 27.2% of the total;Yin seven people,4.8% of the total;Phlegmy wet quality have 19 people,accounting for 12.9% of the total;Hot and humid there are 13 people,accounting for 8.8% of the total;Blood stasis quality have 4people,accounting for 2.7% of the total;Qi depression there are 26 people,accounting for 17.7%of the total;The great mass five people,3.4% of the total.For single sample constitution types in patients with chi-square test,P=0.00<0.05,suggesting the statistical significance,so that there are differences in gastric polyps in patients with physical distribution type.3,this study included 147 patients with gastric polyp in five kinds of TCM syndrome types are included.In patients with TCM syndrome type distribution is given priority to with liver stomach with license and certificate taste hot and humid.Liver stomach with card has 65 patients,accounts for 44.2% of the total.Spleen and stomach weak card has 20 patients,accounts for13.6% of the total.Taste hot and damp card has 55 patients,accounts for 37.4% of the total.Phlegmy wet resistance of the six patients,accounting for 4% of the total.Patients with gastric collaterals blood stasis syndrome with 1,accounting for 0.6% of the total.Gastric polyps in patients with the main syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine for liver and stomach with syndrome of spleen and stomach hot and humid.4,the Fisher’s exact probability method can draw the conclusion: in patients with BMI and constitution of traditional Chinese medicine has obvious correlation(Fisher value = 24.886,P =0.033<0.05).TCM syndrome type distribution and gastric polyp patient gender,age,constitution has no obvious correlation.5,the patient’s doctor of traditional Chinese medicine physique(Fisher value = 47.889,P = 0.011< 0.05),eating speed(Fisher value = 16.3,P = 0.02 < 0.05),dietary partial addicted(Fisher value= 11.49,P = 0.012 < 0.05),the exercise habit(Fisher value = 15.39,P = 0.02 < 0.05)and there were some correlation between TCM syndrome type of patients.Patients with the TCM syndrome type and law of eating habits or not,how much food intake,consumption of fruits and vegetables,drinking habits,if don’t like spicy,greasy diet has no obvious correlation.TCM constitution and the law of the patient’s diet or not and how much food intake,feeding speed,the consumption of fruits and vegetables,partial addicted to drinking habits,if there is a diet,whether loves spicy,rich has no significant correlation.6,the multi-factor Logistic regression analysis results show that the feeding speed and exercise habits may be associated with the formation of the spleen and stomach hot and humid card(P <0.05).Conclusion: 1.The gastric polyp occurs in middle-aged and old women;Its pathological types are mainly composed of fundic gland polyps,give priority to with multiple fundic gland polyps,good hair at the bottom of the stomach,the stomach body;2.Patients constitution mainly and clamp body constitution.Gastric polyps in patients with major types as the Yang deficiency constitution,followed by qi depression,phlegm wet mass,gentle temperament;3.The syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine mainly for liver stomach with card,followed by spleen and stomach wet and heat syndrome,spleen and stomach weak.4.The patients in this study,BMI and constitution of traditional Chinese medicine has obvious relevance.Patients with lower BMI for main constitution as the qi depression and Yang deficiency.BMI in patients with normal range of main body’s mass,Yang deficiency,peace and a high BMI of traditional Chinese medicine physique is phlegmy wet mass,Yang deficiency quality mainly.5.In patients with TCM syndrome type and speed of the patient’s physique,diet,partial addicted to diet and exercise habits has certain relevance.Feeding speed of the taste hot and damp card protection factor,and exercise habits to taste the dangerous factors of damp heat syndrome.
