Objective:To ob serve the efficacy and safety of LouQin Qingfei Huatan Decoction in the treatment of bronchiectasis and infection caused by phlegm-heat obstructing lung.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each.Control Group given Conventional anti-infection,expectorant and other Western medicine treatment,the treatment group was in the control group.On the basis of one,add Chinese herb al decoction LouQin Qingfei Huatan Decoction,treatment course is 1 week。Sign informed consent before treatment.Observe blood routine,c-reactive protein and blood pressure were ob served before and after treatment.The two groups were evaluated by the changes of procalcinogen,TCM syndrome score and TCM single syndrome score.The data were analyzed by SPSS25.0 software.Results:1.60 patients were included in this study,1 case was excluded and 59 patients were finally ob served.There were 30 patients in the treatment group and 29 patients in the control group.2.TCM syndrome score evaluation:the baseline period of TCM main symptoms of cough and expectoration in the treatment group was 4(3.5,6),the control group of 6(4,6),after 7 day s,respectively is 2(1.5,2.5)and 4(2,4),the difference was stati stically significant(P=0.027);The total TCM symptom scores of the treatment group and the control group at baseline were 12.6+4.31 and 13.14 ± 5.01,respectively,and 2(15)and 5(19)after 7 days,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.03 6)。3.Clinical efficacy evaluation:After the end of the treatment cycle,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the ob servation group was 93.3%and 79.3%,respectively,and there was a stati stically significant difference in the distribution of the overall efficacy between the two groups(P=0.049).4.Laboratory index evaluation:The leukocyte levels in the treatment group and the control group were 7.87+2.70and7.97+2.61 at baseline,respectively,and 5.34+211 and6.78±2.08 after 7 days,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The baseline period of treatment group and control group was respectively 48.13+25.45 and 47.28 ± 24.69,and 7.90+4.78 and 14.71 ± 8.99 after 7 days,the difference was stati stically significant(P=0.001).Neutrophil levels in the treatment group and the ob servation group were 67.98 ± 14.42 and 63.58 ± 12.45 at baseline,after 7 days respective 40.32+9.93 and 51.49+9.37 the difference was statistic ally signific ant(P=0.045);There was no difference in procalcitonin level between the two groups.5.Safety analy sis:No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during medication.Conclusion:The effect of Louqin Qingfei Huatan Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of bronchiectasis and infection(phlegmh e a t ob structing lung syndrome)is better than that of the simple Western medicine treatment group,which can improve the TCM symptoms and related inflammatory indicators of patients more.During the treatment,no adverse reactions occurred in all patients due to the administration of traditional Chinese medicine,and steam Louqin Qingfei Huatan Decoction will not cause adverse events.
