Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Shenqi Maiwei Dihuang Decoction On Early Stage Of Diabetic Nephropathy With Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yi

Objective:to study the clinical effect of Radix astragaliand Wheat Flavor Rehuang Decoction on the syndrome of deficiency of Qi and Yin in the early stage of diabetic nephropathy.so as to provide more treatment methods for the follow-up treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:from January 2022 to December 2022,64 patients of type 2 diabetic nephropathy,with deficiency of both qi and yin in stage G2A2,who met the inclusion criteria,were Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Department of Endocrinology,the Affiliated provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicinne,they were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with base treatment plus dagliazine,while the treatment group was treated with Radix astragali and Wheat Flavor Rehuang Decoction.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were observed after treatment.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age,course of disease,sex and treatment between the two groups(P>0.05)2.After treatment,the scores of Albumin/Creatinine ratio,fasting blood glucose,2-hour plasma glucose,Glycosyalted hemoglobin Alc and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine decreased in both groups as compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).3.The effect of Radix astragali and Wheat Flavor Rehuang Decoction on improving Albumin/Creatinine ratio was better than that of dapagliflozin,The effect of Radix astragali and Wheat Flavor Rehuang Decoction on improving fasting blood glucose was better than that of dapaglifloz,Radix astragali and Wheat Flavor Rehuang Decoction is better than dap agliflozin in improving 2-hour post-meal blood glucose,Radix astragali and Wheat Flavor Rehuang Decoction is better than dapagliflozin in improving Glycosyalted hemoglobin Alc,Radix astragali and in terms of TCM syndrome score,Radix astragali and Wheat Flavor Rehuang Decoction is better than dapagliflozin.4.In terms of safety,there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups before and after treatment,and no obvious abnormality in safety indexes before and after treatment.Conclusion:Radix astragali and Wheat Flavor Rehuang Decoction.Dagliazineis more effective than dagliazine in treating qi and yin deficiency syndrome in the early stage of diabetic nephropathy...
