| Objective: To observe the efficacy of Baihe Gujin decoction in the treatment of postoperative cough(lung yin deficiency syndrome)of lung cancer,and to provide reference basis for its clinical application.Methods: A total of 70 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups with 35 patients in each group(n = 35).The control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride oral liquid combined with pantoverine citrate tablets,and the experimental group was treated with lily Gujin decoction on the basis of the control group.Collect before treatment and 14 days after treatment,the general condition of the two groups of patients,TCM syndrome score and Leicester cough quality of life questionnaire score(LCQ)data,statistical analysis,get the test results.Results: Before and after treatment,there were statistical differences in TCM syndrome score and LCQ score between the two groups.After treatment,the comparison of TCM syndrome scores and LCQ scores including physiological,psychological and social aspects between the two groups showed significant differences(P < 0.05),indicating that the experimental group had advantages over the control group in the improvement of TCM syndrome scores and the physical,psychological and social treatment of cough.The total effective rate of the test group was 90.6% higher than that of the control group.Conclusion: The syndrome integral evaluation,cough comprehensive evaluation and clinical efficacy evaluation of the two groups after treatment showed that Baihe Gujin decoction had a certain curative effect in the treatment of postoperative cough of lung cancer(lung yin deficiency syndrome).It is better than using ambroxol hydrochloride oral liquid combined with citrate pentoverine tablets,which is worthy of clinical application. |
