Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Bufei Decoction Combined With Chemotherapy And Immunotherapy In The Treatment Of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer With Lung Qi Deficiency Syndrom

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Bufei Decoction combined with chemotherapy and immunization in treating lung Qi deficiency syndrome of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:Patients with lung qi deficiency syndrome of advanced non-small cell lung cancer who met the inclusion criteria were included in clinical study.70 patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 patients in control group and 32 patients in experimental group.Each group was given basic treatment with pemetrexed+carboplatin AUC6+sindellizumab.The experimental group received chemotherapy prescription and immunotherapy,and oral bufei decoction at the same time.All patients in each group completed 4 courses of treatment,each course of 21 days.The relief of TCM clinical symptoms,quality of life,recent tumor efficacy evaluation,ORR,OS,blood toxicity,thyroid hormone(TSH),free thyroxine(FT4),and free triiodothyronine(FT3)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Data were collected,and SPSS25.0 was used for statistical processing and data analysis.Results:①There was no statistical significance in the distribution of sex and age(P>0.05),and they were comparable.②TCM syndrome score:Compared with the control group and the experimental group before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score was lower than that before treatment,and the improvement was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the remission rate of TCM clinical symptoms was evaluated:By comparing the remission after treatment between the control group and the experimental group,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),suggesting that Bufei decoction can effectively relieve the TCM symptoms of lung cancer patients.③Quality of life score:there was no significant difference between control group and experimental group before treatment in KPS score,no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,KPS score of quality of life of patients were improved,with statistical significance(P<0.05),and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,suggesting that Bufei decoction can improve the general condition of patients.④Evaluation of short-term tumor efficacy:After statistical analysis,P<0.05 showed statistically significant difference between the two groups.In terms of DCR and ORR,the experimental group was higher than the control group,suggesting that Bufei decoction combined with chemotherapy and immunotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer lung qi deficiency syndrome has higher efficacy.⑤Blood toxic and side effects and evaluation before and after treatment:the hemoglobin and neutrophil of the control group and the experimental group were statistically significant(P<0.05)after statistical analysis;These results indicate that Bufei Decoction has certain clinical effect in correcting anemia and granulocytosis.After platelet count analysis,P>0.05 was not statistically significant.⑥Analysis of thyroid function before and after treatment:Independent t test was used for thyroid function,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Bufei Decoction has more advantages than chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy in relieving clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,improving patients’ quality of life,enhancing anti-tumor efficacy,and reducing toxic and side effects.It can improve patients’ general conditions after chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy,improve patients’ tolerance,and provide basic guarantee for follow-up treatment.
