| Objective: To explore the difference of curative effect of different therapeutic sites in the treatment of chronic non-specific lumbago by comparing the focal points of parataxia and parataxia points in the treatment of chronic non-specific lumbago, and the effectiveness and safety of parataxia focal points in the treatment of chronic non-specific lumbago,so as to provide more therapeutic ideas for the clinical treatment of this disease.Materials and Methods: In this study, all cases were collected from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.63 patients with chronic non-specific low back pain who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were divided into the experimental group(32)and the control group(31)according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with para-thorn meridian points, and bilateral Shenshu,Dan-dan-shu,Weizhongand Ashi were selected. The experimental group was treated with parataxal nodular lesion points, and 6~8 nodular lesion points were selected each time. Two groups of patients were treated once a day,5 times after two days of rest, for a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses.VAS,ODI and JOA scores were performed before treatment, after treatment and at follow-up(4 weeks after treatment),and SPSS25.0 was used for intra-group and inter-group statistical analysis. Results: 1.Sixty-three patients with CNLBP were included in this study, including 32 patients in the experimental group and 31 patients in the control group.During the study,2people in the experimental group and 1 person in the control group were quarantined at home according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control because they were close contacts of confirmed cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia(i.e.,second close contacts),and they were shed after failing to complete the test. The shedding rate of the experimental group was 6.25% and that of the control group was 3.23%.Finally,a total of 60 cases were included in the analysis of 30 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group.2.Basic information: Age,gender, course of disease,VAS before treatment,ODI and JOA scores of the two groups did not constitute statistical differences(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.3.Evaluation indicators: VAS,ODI and JOA scores of the two groups were decreased after treatment and during follow-up compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and VAS,ODI and JOA scores after treatment and during follow-up were statistically different between the two groups(P < 0.05).4.Clinical efficacy: In the experimental group,2 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 93.33%;In the control group,5 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 83.3%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:There are significant curative effects in the treatment of chronic non-specific lumbago with paracentules and focal points in the treatment of chronic non-specific lumbago with good safety and practicability.Compared with the treatment of chronic non-specific lumbago with the treatment of focal points with parataxion,it has better efficacy in relieving pain and restoring function of patients. |
