Clinical Study On The Effect Of Warming Meridians And Removing Blood Stasis Method On Uterine Artery Blood Flow In Adenomyosis With Cold Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrom

Purpose:To observe the effects of warming meridian and removing blood stasis on VAS score,TCM syndrome score,serum CA125,uterine volume,uterine artery blood flow of patients with adenomyopathy(Cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome),identify the changes of the results before and after treatment,and evaluate its clinical effect,to provide evidence for the treatment of adenomyopathy(cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome)with these treatments,and enrich and improve the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method:A total of 62 patients with adenomyopathy(cold coagulation and hemostasis syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria were included in this study.Patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group(oral Chinese medicine soup group)and a control group(leuprorelin).group),31 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu decoction and leuprorelin;The control group was treated with leuprorelin.Post-treatment observation indices for three consecutive menstrual cycles were observed and recorded before treatment and at follow-up,and the therapeutic effects of the treatment group and the control group were compared.Results:1.Uterine artery blood flow: There was no significant difference in PI and RI between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).2.VAS : there was no statistically significant difference in the VAS score of each group before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).3.TCM syndrome score: After 3 cycles of treatment,4 cases were cured in the treatment group,accounting for 12.9%;There were 18 cases(58.1%)with obvious effect.7 cases were effective,accounting for 22.5%;2 cases were invalid,accounting for 6.5%.In the control group,1 case was cured,accounting for 3.2%;There were 10 cases(32.3%)with obvious effect.14 cases were effective,accounting for 45.2%.6 cases were invalid,accounting for19.3%.There was statistically significant difference in the clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome between the two groups(P < 0.05).4.CA125: Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in CA125 of each group(P >0.05);After treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).5.Uterine tract volume: There was no difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The treatment of adenomyopathy with cold coagulation and blood stasis by warming channels and removing blood stasis can significantly change the dynamics of uterine arterial blood flow and reduce the blood flow pulsation index(PI)and resistance index(RI).2.Shaofuzhuyu decoction for the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome of adenomyopathy can significantly improve the TCM syndrome scores and VAS scores of patients,reduce CA125,reduce uterine volume,relieve pain and improve quality of life of patients.3.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group(93.55%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.7%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).indicating that the treatment of adenomyosis with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome by warming the meridian and removing blood stasis has a significant effect.
