| Mr.Hu Wankui is a famous doctor of Liaohe Medical School in modern times.He manages his family rigorously and methodically.His sons Hu Huadong and Hu Zhijiu,and his grandson Hu Bingwen are famous doctors in Liaoning.Hu Wankui was intelligent and studious since he was young.He studied classics under the guidance of famous doctor Wu Yuefang.He was especially good at Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases.After more than40 years of diagnosis,there was a fairy tale of "typhoid fever is bad,and it is impossible for a doctor to cure it".Hu Wankui treated more than 100000 cases.In his later years,he summarized it into the medical record book "Ancient Prescriptions and Modern Diseases".There are four volumes of "Ancient Prescriptions and Modern Diseases",two volumes of which are the classic prescriptions of the time.Each volume is headed by the name of the prescription,followed by the symptoms and signs treated by the prescription,involving multiple diseases and signs,which are highly respected by the same people in due time and copied from each other.At present,"Ancient Prescription and Modern Disease" is a simple medical case,but there is little special academic thought and clinical experience summary,and there is no systematic summary.This paper tries to refine Hu Wankui’s academic thoughts on "Ancient Prescriptions and Modern Diseases" through literature review and experience summary research,and extracts representative and guiding clinical experience for summary,hoping to contribute to the improvement and development of Liaohe Medical School.This paper consists of three parts: The first part,Hu Wankui’s life and works,introduces in detail the collected biography of Hu Wankui and the style of the medical record "Ancient Prescriptions and Modern Diseases".The second part is the summary of Hu Wankui’s academic thoughts,which are summarized as follows: 1.Follow Zhang Zhongjing and make good use of the classics;Refer to various famous experts and understand;2.Be careful to follow the Six Classics and be thoughtful;Know often and achieve change by analogy;3.Stagnation of qi and stagnation of fire,resulting in various diseases;When the wood is depressed,the fire is depressed,the earth is depressed,the gold is depressed,and the water is depressed;4.Refer to the medical history and pay attention to pulse diagnosis;respecting the square,respecting the quantity,and being gentle and gentle;5.The dosage form is easy to change and win by surprise;the master of general practice,with internal and external harmony.The third part is the summary of Hu Wankui’s clinical experience.The excerpts include: 1.Change the decoction into powder to treat epilepsy;2.Adjust the heart and kidney to treat dilated pupil;3.Treatment of pterygium and eye-climbing in priority;4.Take Jueyin meridian to treat night blindness;5.Distinguish between cold and heat to cure lacrimation;6.Obey the theory of typhoid fever and classic treatment of narcolepsy;7.Da Chai Hu Tang and Xiao Chai Hu Tang cure "film disease".Hu Laojing studied Qihuang,read classics,respected internal difficulties,respected Zhongjing,and took the advantages of hundreds of schools;In the clinical practice,he has a book in his chest,is skillful in the examination of evidence,careful and resourceful,legislates and dispatches prescriptions,and has a unique strategy.He is a famous surgeon in the department of internal medicine,a famous ophthalmologist in the department of pediatrics,and a leader in the department of andrology and gynecology. |
