Purpose:Systematically collate the literature on the treatment of bladder cancer with traditional Chinese medicine and the adverse reactions or complications after intervention,standardize and standardize the content of literature research reports,summarize the treatment rules of different syndrome types,symptoms,adverse reactions and complications after intervention with traditional Chinese medicine,clarify the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in treating bladder cancer,find new treatment methods,and propose a standardized and rational syndrome and treatment system,so that patients can get better and safer treatment,Extend the life cycle of patients and improve the quality of life.materials and methods:Research materials: literatures related to the treatment of bladder cancer with traditional Chinese medicine and the adverse reactions or complications after intervention included in the databases such as Zhiwang,Wanfang,and Weipu.Research methods: extract,sort out,standardize and standardize the contents of the literature,summarize the treatment rules of different syndrome types,symptoms,adverse reactions after intervention,and complications of traditional Chinese medicine,use modern analysis methods such as data mining and network pharmacology,summarize the rules of drug composition,predict the potential new formula combination,and clarify the mechanism of action of Bazheng Powder and Zhuling Decoction.Results:1.115 papers were included,67 were grade II,16 were grade III,and 32 were grade V.Nineteen classical prescriptions were extracted,involving 49 literature,among which Bazheng San,Liuweidihuang Wan,Zhuling Tang and Wuling San were applied more frequently.Twenty-five self-prepared prescriptions were extracted,involving 36 articles in the literature.There are 10 kinds of Chinese patent medicines,involving 25 articles in the literature,and compound bitter ginseng injection,huachansu injection and compound fufangteng combination are more frequently used.There are 4 kinds of Chinese medicine extracts,involving 7 articles in the literature,such as aqueous extracts of white foxglove root,avena sativa oil and dongling grass liquid.Adverse reactions or complications include urinary tract irritation signs,hematuria,gastrointestinal reactions(nausea and vomiting,loss of appetite,gastrointestinal dysfunction),fever,bone marrow suppression,immune dysfunction,chemical cystitis,hepatic and renal impairment,pain,and urinary retention.The main adverse reactions are gastrointestinal reactions,and the commonly used treatment prescriptions are Bazheng Powder,Danshen Drink,etc.The main complication is bladder irritation syndrome.The commonly used treatment prescriptions are Bazheng Powder and Zhuling Decoction.2.The highest frequency of treatment is astragalus,and the combination of drug pairs is astragalus and atractylodes macrocephala,astragalus and hedyotis diffusa,astragalus and angelica,astragalus and coix seed.Four new combinations are predicted.The syndrome types can be divided into two categories: deficiency and excess,and 16 syndrome types.The Chinese medicine with the highest correlation between the syndromes of the imbalance of qi and blood yin and yang is Cortex Phellodendri,Hedyotis diffusa,etc.The traditional Chinese medicine with the highest correlation between viscera disorders and syndromes is Huangqi,Coix Seed,etc.The Chinese medicine with the highest correlation between dampness and evil is Cortex Phellodendri,Hedyotis diffusa,etc.The traditional Chinese medicine with the highest correlation between blood stasis and pathogenic stasis is Huangqi,Coix seed,etc.The highest frequency of drug use in the treatment of advanced bladder cancer is Poria cocos,and the main drug pair combinations are talc and Poria cocos,Poria cocos and Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala and Poria cocos,Poria cocos and Alisma orientalis.3.The biological function of Bazhengsan is mainly to regulate the heterogenous stimulation response and aging,and the main biological pathways are cancer pathway and chemical carcinogenic-receptor activation pathway.The biological function of Zhuling Decoction is mainly to regulate the activity of GABA-A,and the biological pathway is nicotine addiction,GABAergic synapse,and morphine addiction.Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect in the treatment of adverse reactions and complications.The treatment of adverse reactions mainly uses Danshen Decoction and Xiaozheng Decoction to improve the symptoms related to stomach discomfort.The treatment principle is to promote qi and blood circulation,and benefit stomach and nourish yin.The treatment of complications needs to take into account both the sample and the treatment prescription are mainly Bazheng Powder and Xiaozheng Decoction.Water,dampness and blood stasis are the main pathological factors of bladder irritation syndrome,accompanied by dysfunction of viscera.The research data shows that the effect of adverse reactions and complications after the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine for bladder cancer
