Objective:Through clinical with division,collect professor xiao-juan li outpatient treatment of thirst disease sweat syndrome patients with first option cases,application of modern statistical methods,analysis and summary professor xiao-juan li treatment of clinical medication rule and diagnosis and treatment experience,help oneself understand and inherit professor xiao-juan li treatment thirst disease sweat core of academic thoughts,promote the old clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,for thirst disease sweat treatment of traditional Chinese medicine provide clinical medication and treatment ideas for reference.Materials and methods:Collection from September 2020 to September 2022,professor xiao-juan li outpatient treatment of thirst disease sweat and has a complete TCM prescription of patients,the patients’ prescription,using WPSOFFICE software database,summarize drugs,and the occurrence frequency,frequency,drug taste,belong,etc inductive analysis,application SPSS26.0 software for professor xiao-juan li treat the disease of common drug system clustering analysis,analysis of all the data results,summarize professor xiao-juan li treatment of drug rule and experience.Results:In this study,212 patients were collected,including 86 male and 126 female patients,with a male to female ratio of 1:1.46.The youngest age is 22 years old and the oldest is 86 years old,and the highest age group is 52-61 years old,accounting for 27.36%.In this study,141 traditional Chinese medicines were involved,among which 25 were used for 40 times,and the top 5% were used as the core drugs,which were oyster,keel,Angelica,Coptis chinensis,chinensis chinensis,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Astragalus.Cold drugs,sweet drugs,the liver meridian and cardiac meridian were used the most,with the frequency of 44.51%,36.89%,17.72% and 16.38%,respectively.In the statistical results of drug classification,tonic and deficiency drugs accounted for 24.95%,especially for tonic gas drugs.The cluster analysis yielded four cluster squares.conclusion:1.There are 25 commonly used drugs in the treatment of thirst disease,among which 7 drugs including oyster,keel,Angelica,Coptis chinensis,Schisandra chinensis,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Astragalus are the core drugs.2.According to the results of the Chinese medicine,bitter taste and spicy medicine,including liver meridian,lung meridian,spleen meridian,and kidney meridian.3.The types of drugs for the treatment of thirst disease are tonic deficiency drugs,followed by heat-clearing drugs,solution drugs and astringent drugs.4.After the cluster analysis,a total of 4 results were obtained.Including prescriptions:Including prescriptions: gentian diarrhea liver soup,add and minus,self-proposed antiperspirant prescription,cassia branch and keel oyster soup.
