Purpose: To conduct a retrospective study on the clinical data of patients with ovarian In this study,91 patients after gastric cancer summarized the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome after gastric cancer, explored the correlative factors affecting the syndrome type, and analyzed the correlation of each syndrome type and blood lipid metabolism,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the postoperative diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer patients.Material and Method: The retrospective analysis method collected the cases of patients hospitalized in the oncology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2022.Postoperative pathological examination of all the study subjects confirmed gastric cancer. We collected and analyzed clinical data such as gender, age, course of disease,BMI,pathological stage, gastrectomy range, symptoms, physical signs, blood lipid test indicators, and determined the syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine according to the clinical manifestations of the patients and with reference to relevant standards. To explore the correlation between TCM syndrome type and lipid metabolism,on the one hand, compare the relationship between normal blood lipid and TCM syndrome type after gastric cancer,on the other hand, the relationship between the normality of the four specific blood lipid indexes, namely, triglyceride, total cholesterol, highdensity lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein, and their numerical levels and the TCM syndrome type was compared.Results:1.Using the method of retrospective study,a total of 91 postoperative patients with gastric cancer were included, including 65 males and 26 females, with the onset age of 33-85 years old.The age stratification was the largest in the age group ≥ 60 years old, accounting for 68.13%,The results showed that the subjects were divided into three stages. The western medicine treatment was mainly adjuvant chemotherapy after operation, accounting for 65 cases(76.92%),46 patients with normal BMI(50.55%),and 58 patients(63.74%)within three years after operation.2.The distribution of 91 patients after gastric cancer was mainly spleen and stomach weakness,in proportion of spleen and stomach weakness(41 cases,45.05%),deficiency of qi and blood(20 cases,21.98%),phlegm dampness accumulation(17 cases,18.68%),liver and stomach incompatibility syndrome(13 cases,14.29%).The most common symptom was fatigue, accounting for 71.43%,and the most common tongue moss pulse was weak tongue, accounting for 50.55%.3.The distribution of TCM syndromes was statistically different in pathological stage,BMI and gastrectomy range, with P-values of 0.021,0.023 and 0.008,respectively.In Phase I,Qi and blood deficiency was mainly used, liver and stomach incompatibility and phlegm deficiency, liver and stomach incompatibility and spleen and stomach deficiency;in BMI<18.5kg/m~2patients,spleen and stomach weakness, patients with 18.5≤BMI<24kg/m~2 and phlegm deficiency;in patients with BMI≥24kg/m~2,hepatic and stomach weakness, distal gastrectomy and Qi and blood deficiency.4.The number of dyslipidemia was 62,and the abnormal rate was 68.13%,among which TC abnormality was the largest number, accounting for 34.07%.Dyslipidemia was statistically significant in the distribution of BMI and gastrectomy range, with P values of 0.032 and 0.000,respectively.5.The distribution of TG,TC and HDL-C is statistically significant in different syndrome types, with P values of 0.000,0.000 and 0.003 respectively. The patients with abnormal TG are mainly of phlegm-dampness syndrome, the patients with abnormal TC and HDL-C are mainly of spleen and stomach weakness syndrome, and the distribution of LDL-C is not statistically significant in different syndrome types(P=0.116).6.TG level was statistically significant in the distribution of TCM syndrome(P=0.003 <0.05),After a pairwise contrast, there are obvious differences between phlegm dampness and liver and stomach incompatibility and qi and blood deficiency,The P-values were 0.01 and 0.007,respectively;TC level had statistical significance in the distribution of TCM syndrome types(P=0.000 < 0.05),spleen and stomach weakness syndrome had statistical significance with Qi and blood deficiency deficiency syndrome and liver and stomach disharmony syndrome,P values were 0.001 and 0.007,respectively.The level of LDL-C had statistical significance in the distribution of TCM syndrome types(P=0.002 < 0.05),and there were statistical differences between spleen and stomach weakness syndrome, liver and stomach disequilibrium syndrome and Qi and blood deficiency syndrome, with P values of 0.024 and 0.006,respectively.Conclusion:1.91 cases of gastric cancer were mainly distributed by weakness of spleen and stomach, the most common symptom was weakness.2.The pathological stage of gastric cancer patients after gastric cancer is the largest proportion, and the patients are mainly liver and stomach disharmony and spleen and stomach weakness.3.Reduced BMI and distal gastrectomy are high risk factors for dyslipidemia in patients after GC.4.Patients with elevated TG were mainly sputum dampness evidence, and spleen and stomach weakness were mainly patients with increased TC and decreased HDL-C.
