Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain under the guidance of the theory of cervical and lumbar co-treatment,explore its possible mechanism, and provide a new clinical idea for clinical treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain.Research methods: 105 patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain were divided into three groups with 35 people in each group, namely, core training group(control group A),core stability training combined with lumbar acupoints group(control group B),and core stability training combined with cervical and lumbar acupoints group(observation group C).All three groups were treated for five consecutive days with two days off.The treatment is a two-week course of treatment.Visual Analogous Scale(VAS),Japanese Orthopaedic Association Lower Back Scale(JOA),and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the three groups. All data were processed by SPSS26.0 statistical software.Result:1.There was no statistically significant difference in gender, age, course of disease,VAS,JOA score and ODI score before treatment among the three groups,P>0.05 was comparable.2.Compared with VAS score and ODI score, there was statistically significant difference between the three groups after treatment(P < 0.05);Intra-group comparison showed that the VAS score and ODI score of the three groups increased significantly after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);After treatment, the observation group C was better than the control group A(P<0.05)and the control group B(P<0.05),with statistical significance, and the control group B was better than the control group A(P<0.05),with statistical significance.3.Compared with JOA score, there was statistically significant difference between the three groups after treatment(P<0.05);Intra-group comparison showed that the JOA score of the three groups after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05);Comparison between two groups showed that observation group A was superior to control group C(P<0.05)and control group B(P<0.05),with statistical significance, and control group B was superior to control group A(P<0.05),with statistical significance.4.The total effective rate of the three groups before and after treatment was compared, and there was statistical significance(P<0.05);The effective rate of control group A was 61.76%,control group B was 75.76%,and observation group C was 88.23%.Pairwise comparison of total effective rate between groups showed that observation group C was better than the other two groups(P < 0.05),which was statistically significant.Control group B was better than control A(P<0.05),showing statistical significance.Conclusion:1.In terms of total effective rate, core stability training combined with acupuncture at cervical and lumbar points is superior to the other two treatment methods.2.In terms of curative effect, the three groups of core stability training combined with acupuncture at cervical and lumbar points, core stability training combined with acupuncture at lumbar points, and core stability training can reduce the pain of patients to varying degrees, relieve lumbar dysfunction, improve muscle strength, and improve the quality of life, and core stability training combined with acupuncture at cervical and lumbar points is superior to the other two treatment methods.
