| Objective: To observe the effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction combined with Ermiao San on angiogenesis in diabetic foot rabbits based on the application of transverse tibial bone transfer technique.Methods: Forty ordinary New Zealand white rabbits,half male and half female,were selected to induce the diabetes model by feeding high-fat and high-sugar diet combined with intravenous injection of alloxouracil solution at the ear edge.Then,the rabbit diabetic foot ulcer model was constructed by magnetic disc compression method.After successful model construction,the animals were randomly divided into 4 groups according to random number table method.They were divided into group A(model group),Group B(Danggui Buxue Decoction combined with Ermiao San group),group C(transverse tibial bone removal group)and group D(Danggui Buxue Decoction combined with Ermiao San + transverse tibial bone removal group),with 10 animals in each group.Subsequently,the rabbits in group C and D were successively subjected to transverse tibial bone transfer.From the 1th day after surgery,the rabbits in group A were gavage with normal saline,and the rabbits in group B were gavage with Danggui Buxue Decoction with Ermiao San.Group C was treated with transverse tibial bone transfer,group D was treated with Danggui Buxue Decoction combined with Ermiao San combined with transverse tibial bone transfer for 10 days.The ulcer area of experimental rabbits before and after treatment was measured and the healing rate of the ulcer surface was calculated.The temperature of the ulcer surface was measured before and after treatment.The changes of the number of blood vessels in experimental rabbits after treatment were observed by CTA technology.Results: After 10 days of treatment,1.Ulcer area: the healing rate of ulcer surface in groups B and C was significantly higher than that in group A(P < 0.01),the healing rate of ulcer surface in group C was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05),and the healing rate of ulcer surface in group D was significantly higher than that in group C(P<0.01).2.Ulcer surface temperature: compared with group A,the temperature of ulcer surface in groups B and C was significantly increased(P<0.01);compared with group B,the temperature of ulcer surface in group C was increased(P < 0.05);compared with group C,the temperature of ulcer surface in group D was significantly increased(P < 0.01);3.Number of blood vessels:Compared with group A,the number of blood vessel regeneration in group B and Group C was significantly increased(P<0.01);compared with group B,the number of blood vessel regeneration in group C was increased(P < 0.05);compared with group C,the number of blood vessel regeneration in group D was significantly increased.Conclusion: Danggui Buxue Decoction combined with Ermiao San combined with transverse tibial bone transfer technique can effectively promote the angiogenesis of rabbit diabetic foot,and promote the repair of diabetic foot ulcer surface. |
