Mining Professor Guo Zhihua's Clinical Experience In Treating Angina Pectoris Due To Coronary Heart Disease Based On The TCM Inheritance Computing Platfor

Objective: Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance computing Platform(V3.0)software was used to analyze the characteristics of Professor Guo Zhihua’s prescription medication in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and to summarize Professor Guo Zhihua’s academic thoughts.Methods: This study collected and sorted out the original medical records of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated by Professor Guo Zhihua in the First Affiliated Hospital and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to September 2022.After screening,a total of 237 medical records and 322 prescriptions were recorded into the software of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform".Using software to analyze gender,age,symptoms,tongue image,pulse and symptom factors,through frequency analysis,association analysis and cluster analysis,the core drug combination and potential new prescription of my tutor in treating coronary heart disease were obtained,and the academic thought and clinical experience of my tutor in treating coronary heart disease were summarized.Results: According to the statistical results of symptom frequency,Professor Guo Zhihua treated patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with chest tightness,chest pain and palpitation are the main symptoms in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,while restlessness,numbness,dry mouth,fatigue,dizziness,chest pain,shortness of breath and spontaneous sweating as the main concurrent symptoms;2.The most common tongue color is light red tongue and dark purple tongue,followed by red tongue,dark red tongue,spotted tongue,the most common in tongue shape is tooth mark tongue,the most common fur is thin yellow,the most common pulse is deep pulse,followed by deep thready pulse,rough pulse,taut pulse and knotted and intermittent pulse;3.The properties of commonly used drugs are mainly mild,cold and warm,and the tastes are mainly sweet,bitter and spicy.The meridians of drugs are mainly heart,lung,spleen and stomach meridians;4.The top 15 drugs with the highest frequency are Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chu anxiong,Allium macrostemon,Rhlzoma Pinelliae preparatum,Pericarpium trichosanthis,Schisandra chinensis,roasted licorice,Ophiopogon japonicus,Fushen,Pueraria,Rhodiola,Radix Pseudostellariae,Atractylodes macrocephala,Semen ziziphi spinosae,and Polygala tenuifolia;5.The commonly used drug combinations include 52 groups including Pericarpium trichosanthis-Allium macrostemon-Rhlzoma Pinelliae preparatum,Salvia miltiorrhiza-Ligusticum chuanxiong,Ophiopogon japonicum-Schisandra chinensis;6.Evolve 6 potential new square combinations.Conclusion: 1.Based on the analysis of professor Guo Zhihua’s clinical records of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,the paper sums up three characteristics of professor Guo’s medication: mild medication,combined cold and warm medication,combined sweet and warm medication,combined sweet and bitter,and attaching importance to heart and lung,and taking care of spleen and stomach.2.In clinical practice,professor Guo attaches great importance to pathological factors such as qi deficiency,yin deficiency,phlegm turbidity,blood stasis,etc.,professor Guo treated deficiency,blood and phlegm together as the main method,and emphasized that supplementing deficiency and nourishing yin was the basis of treatment,dryness dampness and resolving phlegm,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals were the target of treatment,so that deficiency and blood could be reconciled and phlegm and blood stasis dissipated.
