Exploring The Rules Of TCM Medication For Treating Miscarriage Based On Ancient Literatur

Objective: Based on data mining technology,to analyze the medication rules of ancient doctors treating recurrent spontaneous abortion,and to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment.Methods: Based on the Chinese Medical Code,the ancient books with discussion on RSA were screened out,and the original texts were screened strictly according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the "ancient books literature database of RSA Medication law" was established.The data of prescriptions were input into the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.0)".With this software,the “frequency”,"four Qi","five flavors","Meridian","efficacy" and "cluster analysis" of RSA were analyzed.Summarize the medicine law of ancient doctors treating RSA.Results: A total of 88 prescriptions and 163 kinds of drugs were included in pre-pregnancy treatment.Pregnancy treatment included 241 prescriptions and 202 drugs.Compared with the high-frequency drugs in pre-pregnancy and pregnancy,Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Chuanxiong(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Baizhu(Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata),Baishao(White Peony Root),Fuling(Indian Buead),Duzhong(Eucommia ulmoides)were common drugs.The top four drugs with the highest frequency of pre-pregnancy are tonifying deficiency drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,clearing heat drugs from high to low and warm li-warming drugs.The top four drugs with the highest frequency of pregnancy are drugs.Analysis on the effect of five flavors: sweet drugs are used most frequently,followed by bitter drugs,pungent drugs.Analysis on meridian tropism: whether pre-pregnancy or pregnancy,the top three of the drug for liver,spleen and kidney but pre-pregnancy drugs into the liver meridian in the first place,pregnancy to belong to the spleen in the first place.Analysis of formula formation law: by setting pre-pregnancy and pregnancy support 20% and 30%,the confidence is 80% and 70%.It is found that the common drug combinations of pre-pregnancy from high to low are “Chuanxiong(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Rougui(Cassia Bark)→Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)”,“Chuanxiong(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)→Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)”,”Chuanxiong(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata)→Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)”,“Chuanxiong(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Fuling(Indian Buead)→Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)”,“Chuanxiong(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Baizhu(Macrocephalae Rhizoma)→Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)”.The common drug combinations of pregnancy from high to low are“Chuanxiong(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata)→Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)”,“Chuanxiong(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)→Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)”,“Baizhu(Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Chuanxiong(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)→Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)”,Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)→Baizhu(Macrocephalae Rhizoma)”,Baizhu(Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Baishao(White Peony Root)→Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix).Class square analysis: In pre-pregnancy,select the number of clusters as 4,and a total of 4 core combinations are obtained.Combination 1 is “Danggui(Angelicae is“Baizhu(Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Yimucao(Motherwort Herb),Fuling(Indian Buead),Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Xiangfu(straw nutgrass galingale rhizome),Yanhusuo(Corydalis Rhizoma)”.Combination 3 is “Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Ejiao(Asini Corii Colla),Xuduan(Dipsaci radix),Chuanxiong(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Tusizi(Dodder Seed),Duzhong(Eucommia ulmoides)”.Combination 4 is“Chishao(Radix paeoniae rubra),Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Mudanpi(Tree Peony Bark),Chuanxiong(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Rougui(Cassia Bark),Ganjiang(Dried ginger)”.In pregnancy,as same as pre-pregnancy,a total of 4 core combinations are obtained.Combination 1 is Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Chuanxiong(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Sangjisheng(Talxilli herba),Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata),Tusizi(Dodder Seed)”.Combination 2 is “Baizhu(Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Fuling(Indian Buead),Zhigancao(Radix glycyrrhizae preparate),Sharen(Amomi Fructus)”.Combination 3 is“Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma),Duzhong(Eucommia ulmoides),Chuanxiong(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Baishao(White Peony Root),Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata)”.Combination 4 is “Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Baizhu(Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Chuanxiong(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix),Baishao(White Peony Root),Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata)”.Conclusions: The treatment method of ancient doctors is to nourish blood and Qi,pay attention to liver,spleen and kidney.According to the different stages of pre-pregnancy and pregnancy,treatment is different,and the total process is reflected a truth that preventing it before it happens.After RSA,the cause should be identified and treated before pregnancy.The treatment method is to nourish blood and Qi,promote blood circulation and removing blood stasis,warmen Li and dispersing cold,Soothe the liver and relieve depression,and regulate menstruation.When pregnant,still need to prevent the occurrence of abortion.The time for treatment is before the onset of symptoms,before the month of the previous miscarriage,or even when pregnancy is discovered.The treatment method is to nourish blood and Qi,pay attention to liver,spleen and kidney,clear heat and remove fire but pay great importance to the Yin,and promote Qi to prevent miscarriages.Siwutang Decoction,Sijunzi Decoction,and Shoutai pill are classic combinations of drugs for RSA treatment.The new prescriptions can be used in different stages of pre-pregnancy and pregnancy,and provide reference for clinical treatment of RSA.
