Effect Of Jiawei Gualou Qumai Decoction On Serum APN And VEGF In Patients With Diabetic Nephropathy With Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrom

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Modified Gualou Qumai Decoction in the treatment of diabetes nephropathy patients with spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome,as well as its influence on clinical indicators such as vascular endothelial growth factor and adiponectin.Methods: According to the principle of randomized control,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 people in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Modified Gualou Qumai Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,observe the changes of biochemical indexes,TCM syndrome score,serum APN and VEGF of the two groups before and after treatment,and analyze the treatment effect and safety of clinical drugs.Results: Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of age,sex,course of disease,etc.(P>0.05),which was homogeneous.(1)After treatment,all indexes of patients in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the concentration of serum APN and VEGF in patients after treatment were more significantly improved than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,24-hour urinary albumin,urinary microalbumin,blood lipids,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and other indicators of the patients improved more significantly(P<0.05)In terms of clinical efficacy,the clinical symptoms of patients in the two groups were improved after treatment,and the improvement in the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05);After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of patients in both groups were lower than before,and the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05).(3)There were no adverse reactions in both groups,and there was no obvious abnormality in the safety index table of patients in both groups before and after treatment.Conclusion: Modified Gualou Qumai Decoction can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with diabetes nephropathy of spleen kidney yang deficiency type,without obvious side effects and high safety.At the same time,the Modified Gualou Qumai Decoction can improve the concentration of serum APN and VEGF,which may be related to the mechanism of clinical efficacy in treating DKD.
