Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Epigastric Pain Syndrome (spleen And Stomach Damp-heat Syndrome) With Modified Lianpuyi

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Lianpu Decoction in the treatment of Epigastric pain syndrome(spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome),and to provide evidence-based medical basis for the treatment of this disease.Methods: The observation group was given Jiawei Lianpu Decoction orally,while the control group was given lansoprazole enteric-coated capsules orally at a routine dose.There was no difference in other treatments.The treatment time was 4 weeks.The clinical syndromes of the two groups of subjects before and after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment were observed and scored,and SPSS25.0 was used to analyze the original data obtained from the observation.Results:(1)Baseline data and condition disease comparison: here was no significant difference between the two groups in baseline data and the disease condition before treatment(all P>0.05).(2)Comparison of FD disease symptoms curative effect:The total effective rate was 83.3 % in the observation group and50 % in the control group.Therefore,the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(p <0.05).(3)Comparison of total curative effect of EPS TCM:The total effective rate was 90 % in the observation group and 60 % in the control group.Therefore,the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(p<0.05).(4)Comparison of EPS TCM syndrome scores:The scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment were compared between the observation group and the control group.Both groups of drugs could improve the clinical symptoms of patients in the group(all P<0.05).Comparing the syndrome scores between the two groups after treatment,the observation group was superior to the control group in improving the overall symptoms and individual symptoms except dry mouth or bitter mouth(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of recurrence rate:The recurrence rate was 11.11 % in the observation group and 63.15 % in the control group,and the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).(6)During the whole clinical observation,no adverse reactions were reported in the two groups,so the safety of the two groups was acceptable.Conclusion:Jiawei Lianpu Decoction in the treatment of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome of epigastric pain syndrome under the experimental conditions,not only can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the treatment efficiency,but also has less adverse reactions and low recurrence rate.compared with the conventional use of Western medicine,it has a comparative advantage,so it is recommended to promote the use of clinical.
