Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Modified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis Syndrome In Ovarian Endometriosi

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety difference between Supplemented Lesser Abdomen Stasis-Expelling Decoction(SLASED)and Loose Analgesic Capsules(LAC)in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis.Methods: A total of 92 patients who met the evidence of congealing cold and stagnant blood stasis of ovarian endometriosis were enrolled in the outpatient clinic of our hospital,and were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table.The final treatment group was 42 cases and the control group was44 cases.The treatment group was treated with SLASED,and the control group was treated with LAC.The reduction of maximum pain intensity VAS rating,dysmenorrhea duration score,TCM syndrome score and total effective rate were the main observation indexes,and the changes of maximum cross-sectional area of cyst,CA125 level and adverse reactions were the secondary observation indexes.To assess the efficacy and safety of both treatments.Results: There were statistically significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment in reducing the maximum pain intensity VAS rating,the total duration of dysmenorrhea score,the TCM syndrome score,CA125 level as well as the reduction of the maximum cross-sectional area of cysts of between the two groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in reducing the maximum pain intensity VAS rating,total duration time of dysmenorrhea score,and TCM syndrome score(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between two groups in reducing the maximum cross-sectional area of the cyst and the level of CA125(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.62%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 81.82%,and the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in either group.Conclusion: Both SLASED and LAC can effectively treat ovarian endometriosis.The selectivity of LAC is relatively good,but SLASED seems to have more advantages in improving pain symptoms and TCM syndrome related to cold coagulation blood stasis.And there are no obvious adverse reactions in both.
