Objective: By comparing the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and "dragon and Tiger needle" in the treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain,exploring the effectiveness of "dragon and tiger needle" in the treatment of this disease,so as to find a green,safe,practical,effective and worthwhile clinical therapy for this disease.Method:In this study,patients in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shenyang from March 2022 to September 2022 were collected,and 62 CNLBP patients who met the inclusion criteria of this study were randomly divided into acupuncture group and dragon-tiger fighting group,with 31 patients in each group.Needle group using needle knot lesions point treatment treatment of patients with CNLBP,dragon tiger group in the basis of the upward "dragon tiger fighting needle" for treatment,both groups are five consecutive treatment per week,the next treatment after two days,two groups of five courses of treatment,and respectively before the treatment and after the treatment of VAS,ODI,lumbar back muscle long endurance test evaluation for patients,and evaluate patients after treatment,then a month after the treatment.Data were statistically analyzed using SPSS22.0.Results:1.A total of 62 patients were included in this trial,including 31 cases each in the treatment group and the control group.During the study,1 case in each of the two groups fell off,and the shedding rate was 3.22%.The study finally analyzed 60 patients,30 patients each in the control group and the treatment group.Statistical analysis of the basic data of the included subjects(age,gender,duration of disease),and no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05)was comparable.2.Long endurance tests,such as pain VAS,lumbar dysfunction ODI,lumbar and back muscle,were met in the two groups(P >0.05),with no significant difference.3.Within-group comparison: Statistical analysis was conducted in the two groups after treatment,and the results showed that the VAS score and ODI score of the two groups decreased compared with before treatment;the endurance endurance test was significantly improved compared with before treatment,and the above results were met(P <0.05),and the difference had significant statistical significance.4.Comparison between groups: Statistical analysis was conducted in the two groups after treatment.The results showed that the VAS score and ODI score of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group;In the isolong endurance test score of the lumbar back muscle scores,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,which met the criteria of(P <0.05)and showed significant differences.5.Clinical efficacy: In terms of clinical efficacy,the results of the treatment group were significantly different from the control group(P <0.05),and the scores of the two groups were significantly different(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture at focal points of tendon nodulation can relieve the intensity of pain sensation in patients with chronic non-specific lumbago to a certain extent,improve work and life dysfunction and lumbar and back muscle endurance.2.The clinical efficacy of needling the focal points of tendon knots with the "dragon-tiger warring needle method" is superior to that of simple needling the focal points of tendon knots in relieving the pain degree of patients with chronic non-specific low back pain,improving the lumbar dysfunction and the muscle endurance of the waist and back.3.The analgesic effect of "Dragon and Tiger fighting needle method" is suitable for chronic low back pain caused by menstrual gluten diseases,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
