Study On The Distribution Of TCM Syndromes And Medication Rules For Oral Mucositis Caused By Chemotherapy For Malignant Tumor

Purpose:To summarize the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of oral mucositis caused by chemotherapy based on data mining technology;to summarize the experience of clinical treatment of oral mucositis caused by chemotherapy in the Department of Oncology of Liaoning Traditional Chinese Medicine,compare the two conclusions,and explore new ideas for the treatment of oral mucositis caused by chemotherapy.Material and method:Paper 1 : Through the literature published in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database and VIP Network(VIP)since the establishment of the database until May 2022,the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the literature were selected,the prescriptions were screened,and the names of traditional Chinese medicines were standardized.After data cleaning,Excel2007 was used to summarize the nature,taste,meridian tropism and efficacy of all traditional Chinese medicine decoctions.SPSS Modeler18.0 and SPSS Statistics 26.0 were used for association rule analysis and cluster statistics.Analyze the frequency,efficacy,taste,meridian tropism and prescription compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of oral mucositis caused by chemotherapy,and show the analysis results.Paper 2 : Collect the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine decoctions for the treatment of chemotherapy-induced oral mucositis in the outpatient and ward of the Oncology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to September 2022,analyze the medication rules in the same way,and summarize the distribution of TCM syndromes.Results:Paper 1 : A total of 62 articles,72 prescriptions and 182 Chinese medicines were collected.The medicinal properties are mainly cold and flat,and the tastes are mainly bitter,sweet and pungent,which are mainly attributed to the lung,liver,stomach,spleen and heart meridians.The commonly used compatibility drug pairs are Radix Rehmanniae-Scrophulariae,Radix Rehmanniae-Moutan Cortex,Radix Rehmanniae-Angelicae Sinensis,Poria-Yam,Radix Glehniae-Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Rehmanniae-Radix Pseudostellariae.The main treatment methods are clearing heat and resolving fire,nourishing yin and generating fluid,resolving masses and swelling,tonifying spleen and replenishing qi.Paper 2 : A total of 60 patients were included.The syndrome types were divided into four types : heat accumulation in heart and spleen,yin deficiency and fire excess,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,spleen and stomach damp heat.Among them,40 patients took traditional Chinese medicine decoction,including 40 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,and high-frequency drugs were mostly heat-clearing and deficiency-tonifying drugs.Its nature is cold and flat,and the taste of medicine is bitter,sweet and pungent.It belongs to the lung,liver,spleen,stomach and heart meridians.The compatibility of drugs mainly includes Radix Pseudostellariae-processed Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Astragali-Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Bupleuri-Chenpi,Radix Bupleuri-Radix Paeoniae Alba,Poria-Moutan Cortex,Radix Rehmanniae-Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Scutellariae-Coptidis,etc.The main treatment methods are Fuzheng Kangai,Qingre Jiedu,Yangyin Shengjin,Shugan Lipi.Conclusion:1.The TCM syndromes of oral mucositis caused by malignant tumor chemotherapy are mainly heart and spleen heat accumulation,yin deficiency and fire excess,liver depression and spleen deficiency,spleen and stomach damp heat,among which the heart and spleen heat accumulation accounts for the largest proportion,and the spleen and stomach damp heat accounts for the smallest proportion.2.In the literature,the main treatment principle of modern doctors for oral mucositis caused by chemotherapy is ’ clearing heat and nourishing yin,tonifying spleen and reducing swelling’,which is combined with Yiqi products as appropriate;the clinical treatment of oncology is based on the main treatment principle of ’ Fuzheng Kangai,Liqi Jianpi,Qingre Yangyin ’.3.In the literature,the treatment drugs are mainly heat-clearing and deficiency-tonifying drugs;the clinical treatment of oral mucositis caused by chemotherapy for malignant tumors is mainly based on Fuzheng anti-cancer,supplemented by Liqi Jianpi.
