Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of Jianpi Huayu Granules In The Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With Spleen Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrom

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi-Huayu Granule in the treatment of CAG(syndrome of spleen deficiency and blood stasis),and to preliminary explore the safety of the medicine it will provide a scientific basis for the clinical rational use of invigorating spleen and eliminating stasis granules in the treatment of this disease by analyzing its mechanism of action.Material and method:Seventy two patients who were diagnosed with chronic atrophic gastritis by western medicine and syndrome differentiation of spleen deficiency and blood stasis by traditional Chinese medicine were clinically selected and divided into 48 patients in the test group and 24 patients in the control group according to the random method in a 2:1ratio.The experimental group was orally administrated with Jianpi-Huiyu Granule while the control group was orally administrated with low-dose simulated medicine twice a day for 6months,and at the end of all courses,the differences of TCM syndromes,gastroscopic signs and pathological manifestations between the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:(1)TCM symptom scores:After taking medicines for 6 months,the test group outperformed the control group in the improvement of seven TCM symptom scores,namely epigastric pain,epigastric swelling,poor appetite,fatigue and lazy speech,belching,loose stool,dry mouth and bitter mouth,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the reduction of acid reflux,nausea and vomiting symptom scores(P>0.05).The test group was significantly better than the control group in reducing the aggregate score of TCM symptoms(P<0.01).(2)TCM syndrome efficacy:After taking medicines for 6 months,the overall response rates of TCM syndromes in the test group and the control group were 87.50% and 29.17%respectively,with significant difference(P<0.01).(3)Gastroscopic and pathological efficacy: After taking medicines for 6 months,patients were evaluated for improvement of gastric mucosa,and the overall response rate of the test group in terms of efficacy of gastroscopy and pathology was 79.17% and that of the control group was 20.83%.The difference was highly statistically significant(P<0.01).(4)The total score of gastroscopic signs: After taking medicines for 6 months,the gastroscope was reviewed,and the test group was superior to the control group in reducing the total score of gastroscopic signs,The difference was highly statistically significant(P<0.01).(5)Pathological scores: After taking medicines for 6 months,the test group was superior to the control group in reducing the scores of these three pathologies,including glandular atrophy,intestinal metaplasia and heterosexual hyperplasia,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Jianpi-Huayu Granule has a definite clinical effect in treating CAG(spleen deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).It is superior in improving the symptoms of epigastric pain,epigastric distension,anorexia,fatigue,lazy speech,belching,loose stools,dry mouth and bitter mouth,but not obvious in improving the symptoms of reflux,nausea and vomiting.2.Jianpi-Huayu Granule can improve the gastroscopic signs and pathological changes of patients,repair the damaged mucosa,and inhibit the progress of pathological changes such as gland atrophy,intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia.
