| Purpose:To systematically evaluate the network meta-analysis of six TCM injections combined with chemotherapy in improving the short-term efficacy and immune function of cancer patients in bowel cancer,lung cancer,liver cancer,ovarian cancer,breast cancer and gastric cancer.Material and method:Computer search was conducted on CNKI,Wanfang Knowledge Service Platform,VIP,China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),Cochrane Library,PubMed and other databases until October 2022.A randomized controlled study of six traditional Chinese medicine injections,namely,Aidi injection,Shenmai injection,Shenqi Fuzheng injection,compound Fufang Kushen injection,Kangai injection and brucea javanea oil milk injection,in combination with chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone was collected in bowel cancer,lung cancer,liver cancer,ovarian cancer,breast cancer and gastric cancer.Quality evaluation and data extraction were conducted for the included studies,and mesh meta analysis was performed using R software gemtc package.Results:1.A total of 1753 articles were retrieved through the above six databases,454 articles were obtained after being introduced into NoteExpress literature management software,423 articles were obtained after reading the titles and abstracts of the articles,and 164 documents that met the admission criteria were finally obtained through intensive reading of the full text.Among them,the recent improvement in efficacy is as follows:In terms of bowel cancer,this study found that four kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injection combined with chemotherapy could improve the short-term efficacy of bowel cancer patients compared with single chemotherapy of the same regimen,among which compound Fufang Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy may be the best in improving the short-term efficacy,followed by Shenqi Fuzheng injection,Kangai injection,and Aidi injection.In terms of lung cancer,this study found that six kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injection combined with chemotherapy could improve the short-term efficacy of lung cancer patients compared with single chemotherapy of the same regimen.Among them,Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy may be the best in improving the short-term efficacy,followed by Kangai injection,Shenmai injection,Fufang Kushen injection and brucea javanea oil milk medicine injection are explained as follows:①.CD3+T cells:The CD3+T cells of patients with bowel cancer were improved by four kinds of Chinese herbal injection combined with chemotherapy compared with chemotherapy alone.Among them,compound Fufang Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy was the best in improving CD3+T cells,followed by Shenqi Fuzheng injection,Kangai injection and Aidi injection.In lung cancer,the CD3+T cells of the patients were improved by six kinds of Chinese herbal injection combined with chemotherapy compared with chemotherapy alone.Among them,Kangai injection combined with chemotherapy was the best in improving CD3+T cells,followed by compound Fufang Kushen injection,Shenqi Fuzheng injection,Shenmai injection,brucea javanica oil milk injection,and Aidi injection.Four kinds of Chinese herbal injection combined with chemotherapy can improve CD3+T cells in patients with liver cancer compared with chemotherapy alone,among which Kangai injection combined with chemotherapy is the best in improving CD3+T cells,followed by Aidi injection,Shenqi Fuzheng injection,and compound Fufang Kushen injection.In ovarian cancer,CD3+T cells of the patients were improved by four kinds of Chinese herbal injection combined with chemotherapy compared with chemotherapy alone.Among them,Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy was the best in improving CD3+T Kushen injection,Shenmai injection,Aidi injection,and Shenqi Fuzheng injection.③.CD4/CD8:In terms of bowel cancer,four kinds of Chinese herbal injection combined with chemotherapy could improve the CD4/CD8 of patients compared with chemotherapy alone,among which Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy was the best in improving CD4/CD8,followed by Kangai injection,compound Fufang Kushen injection,and Aidi inj ection.In terms of lung cancer,the CD4/CD8 levels were improved by six kinds of Chinese herbal injection combined with chemotherapy compared with chemotherapy alone,among which Shenmai injection combined with chemotherapy was the best in improving CD4/CD8 levels,followed by compound Fufang Kushen injection,brucea oil milk injection,Shenqi Fuzheng injection,Kangai injection and Aidi injection.In terms of liver cancer,four kinds of Chinese herbal injection combined with chemotherapy could improve the CD4/CD8 of patients compared with chemotherapy alone,among which Kangai injection combined with chemotherapy was the best in improving CD4/CD8,followed by Shenqi Fuzheng injection,compound Fufang Kushen injection,and Aidi inj ection.In terms of ovarian cancer,the CD4/CD8 of the patients could be improved by three kinds of Chinese herbal injection combined with chemotherapy compared with chemotherapy alone,among which Kangai injection combined with chemotherapy was the best in improving CD4/CD8,followed by Shenqi Fuzheng injection and compound Fufang Kushen injection.In terms of breast cancer,five kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injection combined with chemotherapy could improve the CD4/CD8 of patients compared with chemotherapy alone.Among them,compound Fufang Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy was the best in improving reduce CD8+T cells compared with chemotherapy alone,among which Kangai injection combined with chemotherapy is the best in reducing CD8+T cells,followed by compound Fufang Kushen injection,Aidi injection,and Shenqi Fuzheng injection.In terms of lung cancer,four kinds of Chinese medicine injection combined with chemotherapy can reduce CD8+T cells compared with chemotherapy alone.Two kinds of Chinese medicine injection(Aidi injection and Shenqi Fuzheng injection)combined with chemotherapy did not reduce CD8+T cells compared with chemotherapy alone,among which Kangai injection combined with chemotherapy was the best in reducing CD8+T cells,followed by Shenmai injection.The third is compound Fufang Kushen injection,and the last is brucea oil milk injection;In terms of liver cancer,two traditional Chinese injection combined with chemotherapy can reduce CD8+T cells compared with chemotherapy alone.Two traditional Chinese injection(Kangai injection and compound Fufang Kushen injection)combined with chemotherapy did not reduce CD8+T cells compared with chemotherapy alone,among which Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy was the best in reducing CD8+T cells.The second was Shenqi Fuzheng injection;In ovarian cancer,the number of CD8+T cells was not decreased by four kinds of Chinese herbal injection combined with chemotherapy compared with chemotherapy alone.In terms of breast cancer,the CD8+T cells of the patients were decreased by three Chinese herbal injection combined with chemotherapy compared with chemotherapy alone,and the two Chinese herbal injection(Aidi injection and compound Fufang Kushen injection)combined with chemotherapy compared with chemotherapy alone did not decrease CD8+T cells,among which Kangai injection combined with chemotherapy was the best in reducing CD8+T cells.Shenqi Fuzheng injection followed by Shenmai injection;In terms of gastric cancer,four kinds of Chinese herbal injection combined with chemotherapy can reduce CD8+T cells compared with chemotherapy alone,and Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy did not reduce CD8+T cells compared with chemotherapy alone,among which compound Fufang Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy was the best in reducing CD8+T cells,followed by brucea javanea oil milk injection and Shenqi Fuzheng injection.Finally,Kangai injection.⑤.NK cells:In terms of bowel cancer,two kinds of Chinese herbal injection combined with chemotherapy can improve the NK cells of patients compared with chemotherapy alone,among which Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy is the best in improving NK cells,followed by compound Fufang Kushen injection.In terms of lung cancer,six kinds of Chinese herbal injection combined with chemotherapy could improve the NK cells of patients compared with chemotherapy alone,among which Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy was the best in improving NK cells,followed by brucea javanea oil milk injection,Aidi injection,Kangai injection,compound Fufang Kushen injection and Shenmai injection.Four kinds of Chinese herbal injection combined with chemotherapy could improve the NK cells of patients with liver cancer compared with chemotherapy alone,among which Kangai injection combined with chemotherapy was the best in improving NK cells,followed by Aidi injection,compound Fufang Kushen injection and Shenqi Fuzheng injection.In terms of breast cancer,three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injection combined with chemotherapy can improve the NK cells of patients compared with chemotherapy alone.Among them,compound Fufang Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy is the best in improving NK cells,followed by Aidi injection and Shenqi Fuzheng injection.In terms of gastric cancer,five kinds of Chinese herbal injection combined with chemotherapy can improve the NK cells of patients compared with chemotherapy alone,among which Shenmai injection combined with chemotherapy is the best in improving NK cells,followed by Kangai injection,compound Fufang Kushen injection,Shenqi Fuzheng injection,and Aidi injection.(2).From the following four traditional Chinese medicine short-term efficacy:The six kinds of malignant tumor chemotherapy mentioned in this paper can all improve the short-term efficacy of patients with traditional Chinese medicine injection,but the degree of improvement of short-term efficacy of each traditional Chinese medicine injection in different cancer species is different.For bowel cancer,compound Fufang Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy may be the best in improving short-term efficacy.In lung cancer,Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy may be the best in improving short-term efficacy;For liver cancer,compound Fufang Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy may be the best in improving the short-term efficacy.In ovarian cancer,Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy may be the best in improving short-term efficacy;For breast cancer,Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy may be the best in improving short-term efficacy;For gastric cancer,Shenmai injection combined with chemotherapy may be the best in improving short-term efficacy.2.Improvement of immune indexes:The preferred cancer types of Kangai injection are liver cancer and breast cancer,and the preferred injection for liver cancer and breast cancer is also Kangai injection,which further confirms that the application of Kangai injection may have advantages in the above two cancers;Shenqi Fuzheng injection is preferred for bowel cancer,but Shenqi Fuzheng injection has advantages in improving CD4/CD8 in patients with bowel cancer,and there is no advantage in improving CD3+T cells,indicating that Shenqi Fuzheng injection may have advantages in the application of intestinal cancer;Brucea javanea oil emulsion injection is preferred for gastric cancer,but there are few studies on brucea javanea oil emulsion injection in various cancers,so it is impossible to compare the advantages of each cancer.Compound Fufang Kushen injection is preferred for lung cancer,but the advantages of lung cancer are not highlighted in the application of compound Fufang Kushen injection in various cancers,which needs to be confirmed by further research.There is no obvious difference between the advantages and disadvantages of each traditional Chinese medicine injection in ovarian cancer,but in the four traditional Chinese medicine injections,ovarian cancer shows advantages,indicating that ovarian cancer patients may improve immune function no matter which traditional Chinese medicine injection is combined with chemotherapy,but the cases of ovarian cancer in this article are very few,so it cannot be comprehensively explained and needs to be confirmed by further research;It can be seen from the ranking relationship between the short-term efficacy and the immunization indicators that the improvement of immunization indicators can improve the short-term efficacy to a certain extent,but it is inevitable that there will be non-parallelism,and in the future,more accurate immunization indicators of large samples are needed to further confirm. |
