Purposes:1.In order to explore the acupoint selection rule of acupuncture treatment in the acute stage of periarthritis of shoulder, and to provide certain theoretical and data support for the future clinical use of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of acute stage of periarthritis of shoulder.2.In order to explore the drug use rules of external treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with Chinese medicine in the adhesive period, and to provide certain theoretical and data support for the drug composition of external treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with Chinese medicine in the future.3.To observe the retrospective clinical trial discussion on postoperative comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for patients with periarthritis of shoulder treated by traditional manual release surgery,so as to compare the curative effect of two rehabilitation treatment programs in the treatment group and the control group on the improvement of pain and shoulder joint function after manual release surgery, further confirming the effectiveness of rehabilitation treatment methods of integrated Chinese and western medicine. To provide some reference for the postoperative rehabilitation treatment of patients with periarthritis of shoulder.Material and methods:1.Search the relevant database, and explore the acupoint rule of acute periarthritis of shoulder through data mining technology analysis.2.Search the relevant database, and discuss the medication rule of external treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with Chinese medicine through data mining technology.3.According to the scheduled inclusion and exclusion criteria,80 patients with frozen shoulder who were hospitalized in the Department of Bone K3,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2014 to 2022 were collected and divided into control group and treatment group according to the basic postoperative rehabilitation treatment and rehabilitation treatment combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The changes of VAS pain score and shoulder ROM were observed and compared between the two groups on the 1st and 10 th day of rehabilitation treatment, and the comparison between the two groups on the improvement of VAS pain score and shoulder ROM on the 10 th day of rehabilitation treatment. The final results were statistically analyzed by SPSS26.0 software.Result:1.A total of 132 literatures were reviewed,45 of which met the inclusion criteria and 45 acupuncture prescriptions, involving 53 acupoints.Total frequency 319 times, high frequency acupoints(frequency ≥10 times)were Jianzhen,Jianyu,Jianliao,etc.10;High frequency twelve meridian for the hand three Yang meridian, obtained Waiguan-Hegu,Quchi and other5 clustering groups; The core group acupoints of association rule are Jizhen-Jianqian-Jianyu and so on.2.A total of 114 literatures were reviewed, among which 44 literatures met the inclusion criteria,44 prescriptions for external use of traditional Chinese medicine, involving 76 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, and the warm traditional Chinese medicine of the Si qi were the most, accounting for 56.92%;Among the Wu wei,the pungent and bitter traditional Chinese medicine were the most, accounting for 41.9% and 37.14%,respectively.Cluster analysis showed that there were 8 clusters, such as Chuanwu,-Caowu-Ruxiang-Moyao,etc.,and the core traditional Chinese medicine group of association rule was Chuanwu-Caowu,etc.3.According to gender, site of disease, age,VAS score on postoperative day and baseline ROM data of the two groups, statistical tests were conducted(P>0.05),there was no statistical significance, suggesting that the two groups of patients could be compared between the two groups.VAS scores on day 1 and day 10 after postoperative rehabilitation in 2 groups(P<0.05)had statistical difference, the ROM changes of shoulder joint(P> 0.05),there was no statistical difference, suggesting that the pain symptoms of the two groups improved significantly after 10 days of rehabilitation treatment, but there was little effect on the ROM of shoulder joint.Comparison of VAS scores between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the pain VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, indicating that the pain relief of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.ROM results of shoulder joint(P> 0.05),there was no statistical difference, suggesting that there was little difference between the treatment group and the control group on the shoulder joint ROM,and the overall efficacy results(P<0.05),there was statistical difference, suggesting that the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture points selected for patients with acute periarthritis of shoulder were mainly Jianzhen,Jianyu,Jianliao,Waiguan and Quchi, and the high-frequency acupoints mostly belonged to the three yang meridian of hand, and the clustering analysis results were roughly the same as the strongly associated acupoints.2.The external traditional Chinese medicine used in patients with adhesive periarthritis of shoulder are mainly wind-dispelling and dehumidifying traditional Chinese medicine, the Siqi of traditional Chinese medicine are mainly warm, and the Wuwei of traditional Chinese medicine are mainly pungent and bitter. The results of cluster analysis were similar to those of strongly associated traditional Chinese medicine.3.Although the comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine after the release of traditional manipulation of periarthritis of shoulder has no significant effect on the changes of the ROM of the patient’s shoulder joint,it has obvious effect on the improvement of clinical pain symptoms. This method combines the advantages of traditional Chinese and western medicine in postoperative rehabilitation treatment, which is more conducive to the postoperative rehabilitation of the patient, and is worthy of being promoted and used.
