Objective: By observing the effect of endometrial repair in patients after intrauterine adhesiotomy, the clinical efficacy of modified Guishen Decoction with western medicine in patients after intrauterine adhesiotomy was studied, which provided a more effective clinical basis and diagnosis and treatment ideas for the prevention of readhesions after intrauterine adhesions.Materials and methods: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 patients after intrauterine adhesion(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)were randomly divided into a control group(n=30)treated with estrogen-progestin sequential therapy, and the other group was an observation group(n=30),and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine decoction modified Guishen Decoction on the basis of western medicine. Then, the intrauterine adhesion score,TCM syndrome score, endometrial thickness, and uterine artery blood flow parameters(resistance index RI and pulsation index PI)of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and recorded, and finally the efficacy of the two groups was analyzed and evaluated by statistical software.Results:1.General situation: There were no significant differences between the two groups in age,the number of uterine cavity operation,TCM syndrome scores before treatment, uterine adhesion degree, endometrial thickness and uterine artery blood flow parameter scores(P > 0.05),which were comparable.2.By comparing the intrauterine adhesion score, endometrial thickness and uterine arterial blood flow before and after treatment between the two groups, the intrauterine adhesion score was significantly reduced, the endometrial thickness was thickened and the arterial blood flow index was lower than before, and the intra-group differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The intrauterine adhesion score, endometrial thickness and uterine arterial blood flow in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P < 0.01)3.TCM syndrome score and its curative effect: Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than before, the total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%,and the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).The decrease was more obvious in the observation group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Safety analysis: There were no adverse reactions and side effects in both groups.Conclusion:1.Compare modified Guishen Decoction combined with estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy and estrogen-progestin sequential therapy alone were used to treat patients after hysteroscopic separation of intrauterine adhesion(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome). Both of them can improve the intrauterine adhesion score of patients with uterine cavity adhesion, reduce the uterine artery pulsation index and resistance index, increase the thickness of endometrium, and reduce the syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine.2.Compared with the simple use of western medicine,Modified Guishen Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of intrauterine adhesion of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Its formula is reasonable, effective, safe and reliable, highlighting the advantages of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat and prevent postoperative adhesion of uterine cavity adhesion, and it is easy to promote and has high clinical application value.
