Now our country is in a period of social transformation,with the continuous improvement of economic development level,health insurance has gradually realized comprehensive coverage,the aging society is accelerating,and the social medical policy is further relaxed.All these factors promote the development of private hospitals.Medical quality is one of the core competitiveness of a hospital,which is directly related to the health and life safety of patients.To improve medical quality and guarantee medical safety is the way of hospital survival and development.The outpatient service of a hospital is the main window of external service of a hospital,the first step for patients to see a doctor,and one of the important sources of income for a hospital.It is directly related to patients’ evaluation of the hospital’s medical level and service attitude,which is crucial for establishing the trust between patients and hospitals.This paper takes the outpatient service quality of Handan WX Private Hospital as the research object,collects relevant literature and takes SERVQUAL model as the theoretical basis,makes a comprehensive assessment of the outpatient service quality of Handan WX Private Hospital through questionnaire survey,key interviews and analysis of survey data,and establishes a systematic evaluation model.From the five aspects of tangibility,reliability,assurance,responsiveness and empathy,the actual problems and causes of tangible equipment,staffing and service ability,service quality and customer satisfaction in the outpatient department of WX private hospital were analyzed,and finally the reasonable and feasible service quality improvement strategy was concluded.The research conclusions and strategic suggestions have certain scientific reference and practical guiding significance for the improvement of outpatient service quality in WX private hospitals.
