| In today’s world, the process of population aging is continuing to deepen with the rapid economic development.China is a major country with an aging population, and along with the decline in fertility and mortality rates, the country is gradually changing from mild to moderate aging during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period.According to previous studies, the organ functions of the elderly will gradually decline with age, therefore, the deepening of aging has led to an increase in geriatric diseases, among which the most obvious is the decline in cognitive function. The occurrence of cognitive dysfunction not only affects the individual’s own life and adds to the stress of family and caregivers, but also seriously affects the quality of life of the individual and his or her family members, bringing heavy physical, mental and economic burdens to family members, and increasing the burden of social care and elderly care. However,if we can identify the needs of the elderly with different characteristics of cognitive impairment, implement and effectively manage the community health care services, and provide practical and professional community care services for the elderly with cognitive impairment,we can reduce the pressure of family care and effectively prevent the development of mild cognitive impairment, thus further reducing the burden of social care. This will further reduce the burden of social care.Based on Anderson’s model, this paper combines three-circle theory, social support theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory to construct the research framework of this paper, and uses the data from the 2018 China Elderly Health Influencing Factors Tracking Survey CLHLS to dissect the data by conducting descriptive statistics, oneway ANOVA,and multi-layer logistic regression analysis containing prerequisite factors,We also used intermediary effect modeling to investigate the influence of latent variables such as "physical health status" and "health behavior" on the demand for communitybased health care services. The results of the study showed that some demographic variables,socio-economic status, physical health status, and economic factors at the regional level influenced the demand for different types of community home health care integration services, and that health behaviors and physical health status of cognitively impaired older adults mediated the effect between socio-economic status and the demand for community home health care integration services.Based on the results of the empirical analysis and the three circles theory and social support theory,we propose countermeasures and suggestions for achieving the improvement and development of the management of community elderly care services for the cognitively impaired elderly through collaborative cooperation of multi-sectoral agencies, providing precise services, optimizing resource allocation, and improving the subsidy mechanism,so as to optimize the management of integrated community home medical care services for the special elderly population. |
