With the deepening reform of the medical system,more and more social capital is pouring into the medical market,leading to an increasing number of private hospitals and gradually forming a diversified and multi-level competitive pattern.The entry of private capital into the medical market is an inevitable trend for the healthy development of the industry,adding vitality to the medical market while also intensifying competition and providing impetus for the long-term development of medical services.Compared with public hospitals,private hospitals face more limitations in their development process,such as small scale,high service prices,outdated medical technology and equipment,unstable grassroots staff,and strict market supervision,among other issues,which are widespread.To solve these problems,private hospitals need to abandon traditional thinking and adhere to the principle of "patient-centered,technology-driven," establish medical brands,explore hospital characteristics,vigorously carry out advantage marketing,improve customer satisfaction and happiness,and strive to seize more market share in the medical field.As a well-known high-end private hospital in Beijing,Hospital A enjoys a certain market position,but there is still a lot of room for improvement compared with leading private hospitals.In the current favorable environment of policy,economy,society,and technology,Hospital A should seize the opportunity to focus on improving its core competitiveness,deepen its brand recognition,and strive for higher economic and social benefits.This article analyzes the internal and external environment of the hospital using PEST analysis,Porter’s Five Forces model,and SWOT analysis,and summarizes the current status of hospital brand marketing through questionnaire analysis.Based on the identified issues regarding brand positioning,brand image,brand communication,and brand crisis management,this article proposes brand marketing strategies and outlines measures to ensure successful implementation,aiming to achieve higher brand value and market position for the hospital.It is hoped that this study can help Hospital A optimize and improve its brand marketing strategy,stand out in the market competition,and become a benchmark in the industry.At the same time,it is hoped to provide references and guidance for other similar hospitals in developing their brand marketing strategies.
