Research On The Profit Model Of Private Specialized Hospital

The enterprise profit model is an integral part of the development strategy.It serves the ultimate financial goal of obtaining profits and creating value,and is a set of mechanisms to ensure the sustainable profitability of enterprises.As the emerging main body of the medical market,private specialized hospitals are necessary supplements to the basic medical needs.At the initial stage of competition with public hospitals,affected by the brutal expansion represented by "Putian Department",the long-term development of private hospitals is constrained,and it is urgent to establish a healthy and standardized profit model.This paper attempts to find out the problems and propose the optimization countermeasures of the profit model through the analysis and evaluation of the current situation of the profit model of the case company,in order to provide reference for private specialized hospitals to improve their operation and maintain their sustainable competitive advantage.This paper selects Tongce Medical,the largest stomatological hospital in China,as the research object.Based on various research methods,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of Tongce Medical’s profit model from four dimensions,including business scope,customer selection,value acquisition and strategic control.On this basis,using the profit model evaluation model,this paper evaluates the effect of Tongce Medical’s existing profit model from five aspects of profit ability,growth,sustainability,stability,and cash combined with the trend over the years and benchmarking the leading data of the same industry.The study found that the profit model of Tongce Medical has a good overall operation effect,but there are still problems in diversified development,customer level determination,value acquisition channels,brands,human costs and other aspects of strategy and management.In view of the problems found,this paper proposes optimization and improvement measures such as refocusing strategy,broadening customer level,expanding value acquisition channels,and unifying brand system.
