| Objective: To develop a "canister therapy parameter detection system" to realize the dynamic detection of the temperature and negative pressure in the canister therapy,so that the parameters of the canister therapy can be quantified and lay the foundation for standardization research.On this basis,through clinical research,the relationship between the temperature in the tank,the negative pressure parameters and the clinical efficacy is preliminarily discussed.Methods:(1)Using Lab VIEW 2017 version system software and Myrio module,using GY68BMP180 air pressure temperature sensor,develop a "canister therapy parameter detection system" to realize the dynamic collection of negative pressure and temperature data in the canister.Preliminary automatic analysis of related data is carried out to apply to the dose-effect study of clinical potentiation.(2)Based on the retrospective study of the previous literature,the negative pressure parameter classification of the dose-effect test was established as the 40 KPa,50 KPa and 60 KPa groups,which was used as the grouping standard,and the single-blind method was used to observe different negative pressure states.Bottom,the changing law of the temperature in the tank and its relationship with the clinical efficacy.Results:(1)The tank therapy system realized the functions of data processing and storage of tank temperature and pressure in the tank,and had the characteristics of visualization;(2)The effect on blood flow and skin temperature changes.(1)Comparison before and after cupping: Comparison of blood flow and skin temperature within the three groups,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(2)Comparison after cupping: There was no statistically significant difference in blood flow between the three groups after cupping.The differences in skin temperature between the three groups were statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference in blood flow and skin temperature between the three groups after cupping,P>0.05.(3)Clinical efficacy:(1)Comparison before and after cupping: The scores of the visual analog scale before cupping and the total score of the cervical spine function survey table were higher than after cupping,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(2)After cupping: There was no statistically significant difference between the scores of the visual analogue scale and the total scores of the cervical spine function questionnaire after cupping in the three groups.The three groups were compared in pairs after cupping,and the scores after cupping by visual analogue scoring method were compared between the 40 KPa group and the 50 KPa group.There was no statistically significant difference between the other pairwise comparisons(P>0.05);the total score of the cervical spine function simulation questionnaire was P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.(4)Correlation between negative pressure and clinical efficacy: there is a correlation between the three groups of tank pressure and the clinical efficacy of VAS(P<0.05),and the difference is statistically significant;there is no correlation with the clinical efficacy of NDI(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.(5)Variation of can spots: Under three different can internal pressures of 40 KPa,50 KPa,and 60 KPa,the color of can spots are purple,dark purple,and light black purple;with the change of time,the pressure in the can is 40 KPa,50 KPa,and 60 KPa.At KPa,50 KPa,and 60 KPa,the area of the pot spots changes as follows: move to the center of the pot,flat the skin at the cupping area,and the area does not change;as time goes by,the color changes of the pot spots are purple,dark purple,and dark purple..(6)The negative pressure in the tank shows a downward trend during the treatment process,while the temperature in the tank shows a rising trend.The negative pressure in the tank drops from 40 KPa,50KPa to 60±5KPa and remains unchanged.When the negative pressure in the tank is 60 KPa The negative pressure drops to 70±5KPa and remains unchanged.The temperature in the tank drops to 30±1°C after 6 minutes and remains unchanged.Conclusion:(1)The tank therapy system has dynamic display,storage and analysis functions of tank internal pressure and temperature parameters,which can meet the quantitative research of tank therapy parameters.(2)Clinical trials have shown that canning therapy speeds up blood flow,increases skin temperature,and improves clinical efficacy.(3)When the internal pressure of the tank is 50 KPa,the skin temperature rises significantly,which has a significant effect on alleviating pain.(4)After the can is opened,the color of the can spots changes obviously,and the color is dark purple.3 hours after the can is opened,and with the extension of time,the can spots become more and more obvious,and the area of the can spots is gradually increasing.(5)When the pressure in the tank drops and the temperature in the tank rises to a certain value in the treatment of tank therapy,it can be maintained for a certain period of time. |
