Research On The Management Of Tibetan Buddhist Temples In Shannan Cit

Shannan city is the initial place where Tibetan Buddhism took root and spread in Tibet.Religious activities have been an important part of social production and life,and continually affect the construction and development of politics,economy,culture and society in Shannan.The Tibetan Buddhist monastery management work is very important to promoting the overall work of Shannan.It can be said that the effectiveness of the management of Tibetan Buddhist monastery directly affects the social stability of Shannan.Therefore,this paper intends to study the management policies of Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Shannan city in recent years according to the personal specific management work.Reading a large number of literatures related to the management of Tibetan Buddhist monastery,to research and analysis and draw experience,carry out on-the-spot investigation in the form of questionnaire survey and interview survey,to collect data materials,and analyzing,and to form a complete empirical analysis of the problems.The whole process of“formulation-implementation-effect ”to analyze and study the management of Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Shannan City,that is,from the top-level design of the policy system,the actual work of the managers(temple management committee cadres),the management object itself(monks),the main activities of the management object(Buddhist activities)and the living place of the management object(temples).This paper makes a systematic study on the management of Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Shannan City,so as to reflect the current situation of the management of Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Shannan city.By analyzing the current situation,finding out the problems,combining with the management experience of Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Sichuan,Yunnan,Qinghai,Gansu and other regions to puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the management problems of Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Shannan city from five aspects including monastery infrastructure construction,system construction,management organization and personnel setting,monk management,make sure to promote the management of Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Shannan city to be more standardized and scientific.From the perspective of public management,this paper uses the methods of literature analysis and survey analysis to analyze and study the problems existing in the system construction,management organization,monks,Buddhist activities and temple infrastructure management of Shannan Tibetan Buddhist monastery management,such as unreasonable equipment of cadres in the monastery management committee,lack of function implementation,management of monk existing pay more attention on service than management and the way of management mechanized,law efficiency in monastery infrastructure and cultural protection etc.From the perspective of public management,this study focuses on the management of Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Shannan City,Tibet.Through literature analysis and current policy research,combined with the problems existing in the management of Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Shannan City,this paper puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions.On the basis of takes the management of Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Shannan city as the starting point to explore some ways to respect and protect the traditional Tibetan culture,and in line with the development of Tibetan Buddhism monastery management theory in the new era.To further improve the management efficiency and quality of Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Shannan City,and contribute to the stable development of Shannan city.
