Before 2015,animation film market was in a sluggishly growing state for a long time.The target audience of animation films was young children in the public perception.With the birth of "Monkey King:Hero Is Back",animation films became the box office in China’s film history.The creator of the record,animation films are no longer the marginal products of commercial films,but are developing in the direction of the whole industry chain,all age groups,and multiple fields[1].The production process of animation film and television projects is roughly divided into pre-creation,mid-production and post-publicity.Mid-term production occupies a large proportion in project development,and precise and efficient control is required for human resource,data storage,workload statistics and process control.Due to the late start of the industry,domestic animation production studios are often unable.To independently undertake film-level animation film and television projects.Consider this situation,the mid-term production of animation films tends to be more collaborative,networked and distributed.Building a distributed remote collaboration service based on Cloud Computing platforms and high-speed Internet has become the answer of the current era.The production process of animation film can be roughly divided into pre-preparation,media-term production and post-publicity.Among them,the media-term production is the largest part of 3D animation production,including modeling,mapping,binding,3D preview,animation,special effects,lighting rendering,post-synthesis and other work.For example,in 2019,animated film Nezha,which was highly praised in China,has a joint production list involving 53 companies or studios including production,pre-art,digital assets,binding,animation,clustering,special effects,lighting synthesis and post-production synthesis,which is the reflection of the crowdsourcing mode in the production of animated film and television.The main work of this thesis is to design and implement a crowdsourcing-based animation film and television collaborative production cloud platform based on the open source container orchestration framework Kubernetes.The system provides services includes four basic elements:user and team management,platform service deployment,cluster monitoring system and service elastic scaling through the system portal.It satisfies the needs of team project management and subcontracting projects in the perspective of business support.Support developing upper-layer applications to provide team-isolated container services for teams such as storage,collaborative process management and online verification.The system is designed and implemented based on a five-layer architecture of cluster resources,data storage,service support,business support and application layer,with the characteristics of simple structure,clear function splitting,low coupling and low dependence.This thesis actively explores the possibility of combining animation film production with cloud computing,and systematically supporting the process management of projects from creation to subcontracting and support automatic deployment and elastic scaling of services involved in the production process.With elastic scaling and system monitoring,it realizes the collaborative production cloud platform in the field of animation film for crowdsourcing,with good stability and scalability.
