A Study On Chinese+" Talent Training Model

Following the trend of “One Belt & One Road”,many “going out” Chinese enterprises are in urgent need of a group of compound talents with Chinese language,culture and skills.The shortage of talent resources has become an important reason for the limited development of Chinese enterprises in overseas.Training a group of professional skills to understand Chinese has become the primary task of Current Chinese teaching.With the implementation of “National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan” and the implementation of “double high plan” for higher vocational colleges,the internationalization of vocational education has entered the "fast track" of development.The current "Chinese hot" and "Chinese + professional education" in overseas Chinese to promote continued to heat up,the Chinese language centre,university and overseas Confucius institute(class)should be combined,will be "value model,knowledge and skills training" combination,service "area" major policy,cultivate a large number of language inter-disciplinary talent,to Promote the development of Chinese enterprises,promote the internationalization of Chinese vocational education,and make Chinese language better serve learners.With the transformation and development of Confucius Institutes,we have ushered in the era of professional Chinese education,which has transformed the basic Chinese teaching into "Chinese +" teaching."Chinese + skills" development trend and prospect of very significant,therefore,this article focus on the transformation of the Confucius institute of research development under the f celebration of Confucius classroom "+" in Chinese teaching material usage of cultivating talents,curriculum setting,teaching and training situation,the method of cooperation and the present situation of the student satisfaction situation,etc,In order to enrich the research results of "Chinese +" talent training mode in Myanmar,and provide certain reference for Myanmar and other Confucius Institutes(classrooms)to carry out "Chinese +" teaching in the future.
