Research On The Path Of Rural Cultural Construction Based On Rural Revitalization Strategy

The implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy is the general starting point to fundamentally solve the "three rural" problems.It is the only way to comprehensively realize agricultural and rural modernization and promote urban-rural integration.Revitalizing rural culture,realizing civilized rural style and enriching the material and spiritual life of farmers are not only the practical needs of Rural Revitalization Strategy,but also the original intention and goal of rural revitalization construction.At present,China’s rural cultural construction faces many problems.First,the rapid development of urban economy has attracted a large number of rural migrant workers,while the majority of local villages are left behind children and the elderly,which makes the main body of rural cultural construction missing and makes the excellent traditional rural customs fade gradually.Second,the lack of sufficient attention of local governments to rural cultural construction and the lack of professionals in rural cultural construction are also obstacles to the development of rural cultural construction.Third,the development of the new era and the completion of an all-round well-off society have promoted the rapid improvement of the actual needs of the majority of villagers for spiritual culture.The development and construction of rural culture,which lags behind material production,has long been unable to meet the actual needs.This requires us to explore the new development path of rural cultural construction on the basis of accurately understanding and fully grasping the overall objectives and main contents of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.Based on the reality of rural cultural construction since the 19 th national congress,based on the research perspective of fully implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy,referring to the relevant deployment and policy documents of the central government on rural cultural construction under the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and based on the relevant research results of rural cultural construction at home and abroad,This paper combs and analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by China’s rural cultural construction,and gives the corresponding path of rural cultural construction according to the analyzed reasons.The article mainly discusses from the following six parts.Part I: introduction.This paper mainly expounds the basis,background and significance of this topic,summarizes the research status of rural cultural construction at home and abroad,determines the research ideas and methods of this paper,and defines the research emphases,difficulties and innovations of this paper.The second part discusses the theoretical basis of rural cultural construction.Sort out the concept of rural cultural construction,clarify its connotation,clarify the context of Marxist Leninist classical writers’ Thoughts on cultural construction,and summarize the inheritance,enrichment and development of Marxist cultural theory by Chinese Communists.The third part analyzes the internal relationship between rural cultural construction and rural revitalization,and clarifies the practical significance,in order to provide ideas for better realizing the development strategy of Rural Revitalization.The fourth part analyzes and describes the current situation of China’s rural cultural construction,and reveals the opportunities,problems and causes of China’s rural cultural construction.Part V: the main successful models and typical cases of rural cultural construction.By summarizing and analyzing the successful models and typical cases of rural cultural construction under the background of the new era,it provides a reference for the subsequent path of rural cultural construction.Part VI: the path choice of strengthening rural cultural construction in the new era.Based on the reality of China’s rural cultural construction,this paper analyzes the specific path to realize the revitalization of rural culture from the aspects of paying attention to rural culture and education.
