Research On The Development Countermeasures Of Rural Cultural Industry In Hunan Province Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

With China’s economic transformation and upgrading,urban areas have been greatly developed,and the economic gap between rural and urban areas has been gradually widened.In order to solve the gap between rural and urban development and further improve the level of agricultural and rural development,the party and the state put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization.The development of rural cultural industry is conducive to cultivating the "endogenous force" of rural economic growth and promoting rural revitalization.Hunan Province,as one of the earliest provinces to propose a strong cultural province in China,has a certain foundation for the development of rural cultural industry,and presents the characteristics of Hunan Province.However,there are also some problems in the development of rural cultural industry in Hunan Province.Therefore,relying on the Rural Revitalization Strategy,it is of great significance to explore the new countermeasures for the development of Hunan rural cultural industry.This paper starts with the current situation of the development of rural cultural industry in Hunan Province,and uses AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the development level of rural cultural industry in Hunan Province under the Rural Revitalization Strategy.It is found that the rural cultural industry in Hunan Province has certain advantages in cultural resources and policy support,but there are also some problems,such as insufficient cultural innovation ability,imperfect benefit sharing mechanism,large talent gap,relatively single service Difficulties in investment and financing.Then use SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal and external factors of Hunan rural cultural industry under the Rural Revitalization Strategy.Then it analyzes the cases of rural cultural industry development in France,Japan and Zhejiang Province of China,and summarizes the experience.Finally,according to the problems,advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats in the development of rural cultural industry in Hunan Province,combined with the development experience of rural cultural industry in France,Japan and Zhejiang Province,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures for the development of rural cultural industry in Hunan Province under the Rural Revitalization Strategy.The specific countermeasures are as follows:make full use of the advantages of rural cultural resources in Hunan Province to highlight the "Hunan flavor";Give priority to social benefits;Overall planning of production factors to achieve rational allocation;Promote "culture+" development;We will establish and improve a mechanism for sharing interests to achieve common prosperity.
