An Analysis And Application Of Music Characteristics Of Meishan Love Song "Wu Wa Dong" In Xinhua

As a national intangible cultural heritage,Xinhua folk songs have made positive contributions to the inheritance and development of Hunan culture.As an important branch of Xinhua folk songs,Xinhua Meishan love songs have strong local characteristics.Xinhua Meishan love song "Wu Wa Dong" is named after a touris site called Wu Wa Dong in Xinhua County.Taking the Xinhua Meishan love song "Wu Wa Dong" as the research object,this thesis conducts an expanded analysis of its artistic characteristics in six aspects including mode,melody,rhythm,decorative sound,dialect and lining words,and singing style,namely "plain,high-pitched,changeable,stubbornbizzare,earthy and playing".Then the thesis makes an in-depth analysis of the singing expression skills and practices on the basis of the writer’s own singing experience so that the general public can fully understand the music style of Xinhua Meishan love songs and further become interested in the music culture of Xinhua folk songs.In summary,this thesis is aimed to promote the inheritance and development of Xinhua folk songs.
