Oral anxiety is an important topic in second language teaching. For international students who come to study in China,Chinese is an important and necessary language skill. In Chinese learning, speaking anxiety is also a common psychological symptom of foreign students, which deserves attention. This paper firstly sorts out the relationship between oral language teaching and students’ emotional feedback in educational psychology, and makes it clear that there is a connection between oral language anxiety and students’ social and cultural background and self-cognition differences.Comprehensive use of questionnaires and interviews to conduct research on two groups of international students with different cultural backgrounds, namely African students and Asian students,to discuss teacher-student interaction,Chinese grammar rules, and student-to-student interaction in the teaching activities of spoken Chinese classrooms.Oral communication and the difficulty of the course predict the differences in the anxiety levels formed by them, and use the form of interviews to explore the reasons for the differences. The research results show that both African and Asian students are affected by oral anxiety in the process of oral language learning. In terms of the common causes of oral anxiety between the two,the "oral silence period" is a common experience of African and Asian students, but often Factors ignored by teachers. In terms of oral anxiety,Asian students are more easily affected by anxiety than African students. The main reason is that Asian students are influenced by East Asian cultural habits, pay more attention to teachers and others’ evaluation, and pay more attention to their own self.Lower rating. Therefore,in teaching activities, teachers should encourage and enhance the interaction between students to reduce learners’ oral anxiety, strengthen the attention, understanding and cognition of students’ "silent period" oral anxiety, and pay more attention to different social and cultural backgrounds The influence of the cultural and psychological factors of international students on the formation of oral anxiety, and the formation of personalized and highly targeted oral Chinese teaching strategies for international students.Affected by the "new crown" epidemic, the number of participants in the questionnaire and interview in this study were both less than the preset number of participants.Too small samples may lead to deviations or omissions in the research results. In addition,African students and Asian students are only two major groups of Chinese students at present, and do not represent the cultural groups of all international students.Whether the oral language learning and oral anxiety of international students in Europe,America and other regions have their own cultural particularities, these are the Aspects that still need further research.
