As the lifeblood of the Chinese nation’s spirit,China’s excellent traditional culture is an important source of cultivating socialist core values and has laid a solid foundation for the Chinese nation to stand firm in the surging world culture.As an important part of Chinese traditional culture,the development and utilization of intangible cultural heritage has also attracted extensive attention from the state,the government and all sectors of society.With the popularization of the concept of "culture + tourism",the tourism development research of intangible cultural heritage has also ushered in new opportunities and challenges.How to implement the tourism development of intangible cultural heritage has become an important topic for scholars.This paper selects the intangible cultural heritage of Weihai City as the research object,analyzes and studies its development from three aspects: resources,market and products by using RMP analysis method and questionnaire survey method,and formulates the principles that should be adhered to in the tourism development of intangible cultural heritage of Weihai City in combination with the characteristics of Weihai tourist source market and some problems existing in the current development process,This paper puts forward the ideas for the development of intangible cultural heritage tourism products in Weihai,constructs the development system of intangible cultural heritage tourism products in Weihai,develops the marine intangible cultural heritage tourism products in Weihai,and further puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for establishing the commodity development mechanism of marine intangible cultural heritage tourism products.The research shows that the intangible cultural heritage of Weihai has a strong "marine" characteristic,and the material entity forms such as "viewing","commodity" and "investigation" traditional art and traditional skills are the most abundant;Traditional music,traditional dance,traditional drama,quyi,traditional sports,entertainment and acrobatics are also rich in "viewing","experience","participation" and "observation",and there is a "auxiliary" folk literature form,which has a large development space.This paper holds that the "marine characteristics" of intangible cultural heritage tourism products in Weihai should be recommended.When developing intangible cultural heritage tourism products with marine attributes and building ring marine intangible cultural heritage tourism trunk road products,we can rely on the existing post resources and add marine intangible cultural heritage post stations;When building matrix marine intangible cultural heritage tourism experience products,we can build cultural space by building marine Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum,live stage performance and Jiaodong coastal eight immortals banquet and Food City,which can enrich the marine intangible cultural heritage experience projects of activity art and material entities.In the development of intangible cultural heritage tourism products,it is necessary to determine the overall planning and objectives of the development of marine intangible cultural heritage tourism in Weihai City;We should deeply understand the tourism resources of intangible cultural heritage in Weihai,do a good job in market research and other evaluation work,and refine the planning scheme according to the research results;It is necessary to clarify the specific responsibilities of various stakeholders and achieve balance of interests;Synchronous planning and development support system construction to ensure that all safeguard measures are in place.Strengthen government functions and establish a guarantee mechanism for the development of marine intangible cultural heritage tourism products;Strengthen personnel training and establish a talent development mechanism for marine intangible cultural heritage tourism products;Strengthen brand building and establish a commodity development mechanism for marine intangible cultural heritage tourism products.
