Research On Narrative Strategy Of Group Documentary

With the rapid development of economy and society,the public is short and fast in terms of information acquisition and life pace,which makes the self-cognition and identity of different groups of people have a fuzzy state.How to tell the group image story well under this background is the main problem that creators are facing at present.This study focuses on the narrative of group character documentary,interprets the creation of group character documentary in recent years,sorts out the relevant characteristics,and combines its own creation practice to further explore the narrative art of group character documentary.This paper aims to explore the narrative strategy of group character documentary,taking the existing group character documentary as the research example,and combining with the creation practice of the graduation work "Our Graduate Students",it makes a detailed analysis of the narrative strategy of group character documentary from the aspects of narrative structure,narrative perspective,narrative rhythm and so on.First of all,this paper gives a brief overview of the status quo of the group character documentary.According to the different groups,the group character documentary can be divided into three categories:grassroots group documentary,hero group documentary and children group documentary,and summarizes the current creation status and problems of the group character documentary.Then,from the narrative structure,narrative perspective,narrative rhythm,the story narrative portraits of four aspects to study the type of documentary narrative strategy,mainly including multiple story through multiple plots,and combined with multiple narrative perspective,the big story in emotional expression,rhythm,rhythm,rhythm of auxiliary triple rhythm within grasp story development progress,So that the documentary storytelling features more clear.In the third part,the author describes four aspects in combination with his graduation work,which are "one subject and many subjects" type narrative deconstruction to show the group image,grassroots character setting to project the inner desires of the audience,personality conflict to reflect the dilemma of individual life,and subject discourse assisted theme construction.Finally,it summarizes the remaining difficulties in its creation,hoping to provide some reference for the better development of group documentary.
